It is a beautiful piece of furniture and was easy to put in according to the Plumber so I look forward to many good years with this vanity !

The appearance and functionality of the vanity is great. However, the installation process was harder than anticipated. The board that braces the back of the vanity interfered with the drain hole in the wall, so I had to notch out a "half moon" section of the top of the board to make it fit against the wall. Then when trying to reinsert the shelf, the back of the shelf interfered with the water supply lines. I had to cut 1 inch off the back of the shelf to make it fit. Otherwise, we love the outcome.

We got to refresh a half bath. It looks good but is a bit wobbly/flimsy by itself. We secured to the wall using some screws into studs and it’s perfectly solid now. Top/basin is great, and color matched what we were going for on decor. Doors and drawer will require a little adjustment to fit perfectly, which is to be expected. One caution for those in older houses and vanities with drawers in the bottom. Our house is from the 70s so plumbing connections / drain are quite a bit lower than modern standards with this height vanity. Our install required clearancing the drawer back, a cutout in the lower shelf and a cutout in back support to clear drain / trap. This isn’t surprising, we had to do with another Ove vanity at our old house due to same issue, but didn’t learn out lesson!

I bought this vanity as it was the right height and design for a vessel top BUT the standard top that came with the unit was EPOXIED to the unit and integral to its structure so I had to use "as is". This should have been disclosed as most vanities come with the top unattached so that installation is easier.(i.e. attaching it to the wall). The design is very good as the top shelf comes with a cutout for the waste pipe in center. If your waste is at an angle (left or right) the shelf might not be useable. The primary reasons we bought this particular unit was the right color in the right size for small master bath en suite.

I wish that workers would take the time to sample items before packing them. The right door on the vanity after adjusting the hinges any way you could would still not close all the way. You have to lift the door up to close. I would otherwise give a 5 star because it does look nice. Please workers do your dam job!!!

I really liked this model. Very tasteful, neutral and turned my old bathroom from "i want to remodel this today" to I "i am so happy I found Ove Kansas" as it saved me thousands of dollars from a full remodel. I upgraded all fixtures around it, repainted and used new decor. Priceless fix!

The vanity was shipped quickly, and was packaged well, but sadly arrived with a little bit of damage. It wasn't very noticeable though so I was able to get a discount and keep it. It looks good, but it is made of very cheap wood/partial board. The laminate one of the legs started to come off simply by sliding it across the floor during install. The bottom shelf was too high for my existing P-trap, a common issue I read in the reviews. So we had to cut out the bottom shelf and the back of the drawer. This required removing the back stretcher that went across the back which made the vanity much less sturdy. That said, it does have soft close hinges, and nice hardware, and the sink seems to be good quality, plus it comes with a matching backsplash, which is nice. Overall, for the price, it is a good vanity that looks nice, but it is not the most well built or sturdy vanity on the market.

Ordered online from Home Depot, took over a month to arrive. That’s not Ove’s fault. Product itself was as expected, comes preassembled including sink. Easy to install and the adjustable little screw feet made levelling easy. Had to cut interior shelf though, and it becomes clear once cut the material is just particle board with a wood facade glued on top. See picture where the edges are frayed - atleast no one will see this part of the shelf. Also I bought a standard moen faucet and when I run water into the sink it splashes everywhere - out of the sink and all over the floor. I think it’s a poorly designed sink if a standard off-the-shelf faucet splashes water all over your bathroom.

You can see obvious differences in the white paint finish between pieces. It looks as if they painted the wood pieces first and then glued them together. You can see that the glue is either a different color then the paint or they tried to touch up between pieces with a different color. There's also damage on the side that they tried to correct but it looks awful. A touch up paint stick was included but with the way it looks we will need to sand it down and repaint the whole vanity. The doors are also out of alignment in such a way that they cannot be adjusted up and down. You can adjust the hinges side to side, out and in, but not up and down. Lastly, the leg of the vanity was split. For the price, we definitely expected better quality.

We were really looking forward to our vanity coming in, and at first glance it is very beautiful. Sadly, the counter top was damaged and has a chip in it, and one of the legs seems to be peeling as well. Will be reaching out in hopes of being sent another top, as receiving a damaged one is just poor service.
