The company honored our prior owned queen mattress on an adjustable frame with a credit toward a new Adapt Medium Hybrid. It fits the old frame and we find it very comfortable and we are especially happy with the additional support on the sides of the mattress.

We have had the mattress along with the adjustable base and we sleep so much better every night. Feels like every part of our body is supported and comfortable. Also love that when we get in or out of the bed, even if we change position it doesn't disrupt the others sleep.

Mattress was wonderful and loved the product but now after three years it has started cracking vertically and horizontally. Filed the proper claims process and was immediately declined stating the discoloration on the under cloth (which cannot be washed) was the cause due to a spill. This stain was actually caused by sweat due to the heat that retains in the memory foam and now the claims department stated there is nothing they can do or help with. Needless to say I will not purchase another tempurpedic mattress again due to this customer service and warranty response to not guarantee their product like they claimed. 10 year warranty was not upheld and quality and customer assurance is not their top priority.

I am struggling with my new mattress. Even though it is 'Medium' it is much too firm. I have not been able to sleep well & frequently have a back ache in the morning & my hips ache throughout the night so I have to turn from one side to the other. I am being told to give it 30-60 days for the mattress to adapt to my body. Very disappointed with this experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress for a few weeks now, and it has been a total game changer! I can say the quality of my and my husband's sleep has truly increased. We selected the medium support mattress and have no regrets at all! We absolutely love it! It provides the perfect balance between semi-firm support and plush comfort, which we totally love because it truly combines the best of both worlds. We don't feel like we're laying down on a wooden plank or about to sink into a pile of cotton, the balance is simply amazing. We have also been enjoying the cool to touch technology and now I have actually been able to sleep through most of the night since I'm not tossing and turning due to heat uncomfortability. And last but not least, the pressure relief comfort layer has helped ease so much of the back pain, along with other aches and discomforts that we had been dealing with on a nightly basis. The tightness and aches that I have been experiencing! I'm been dealing with a lot of tightness, especially on my back and around my hips ( I'm 4 months postpartum), and these have definitely improved since I started sleeping on our Tempur-Pedic mattress. We highly recommend getting one and can definitely see ourselves purchasing some of these mattresses for our little ones in the future! I turned 50 a few years ago, and even though I exercise and take care of myself I was waking with more minor aches and pains than I would have liked. I made an investment in this great product and have noticed a difference - I'm sleeping better and waking feeling more comfortable.

Pros: Very comfortable! No pressure points, no arms falling asleep. Excellent at motion isolation. I cannot feel my 180 lb husband move at night, or when he gets out of bed. Conforming but not sinking. The hybrid helps make it not feel like quicksand. Not bouncy, not too squishy. I would call it just right. Solidly made. I think this will last for a long time. Cons: Warm! It's not the hottest mattress I've ever slept on, but it really holds heat. The hybrid coils I think are helping with air circulation a bit but not enough. I can still feel warmth on the mattress an hour after I get up. I would avoid if you're a hot sleeper. We're trying different mattress toppers to see if anything helps, kind of a bummer after spending so much on a mattress but you gotta sleep.

I love these mattresses. I had hoped the Adapt Medium would be similar to the mattress I bought 13 years ago -- I loved how firm it was. This Medium is softer, which probably is what 99% of the population wants. I preferred the super firmness of the older model. However, it's still a wonderful mattress that gives me very comfortable sleep.

This mattress has enabled me and my wife to sleep so soundly and comfortably that we rarely wake up unless we need to go to the bathroom. My brother-Law and his wife bought one and invited us over to look at theirs. We lay down on theirs and it was so comfortable and just like laying on layer of clouds with no humps or bumps, just perfectly flat. We were so amazed with the feel of the mattress we went the very next day and purchased one for ourselves! I know we will never regret it. There is nothing that We don't love about our mattress! I just praise the Lord that we were able to afford one so good.

I have had the adapt about 3 weeks. No longer have shoulder pain still some back and neck pain. Not sure if my neck pain is coming from pillow or mattress. Going to change pillow tonight and see if that makes a difference. Also mattress was much firmer than I anticipated. Not sure if I like that yet,
