Bought online. Delivery was smooth. Was Afraid the bed would be soft but it's just right for firmness.

Our delivery guys were great. I wish there was a way to know exactly when they would come as opposed to a four hour range and then a call 30 minutes before arrival but they installed it super fast and the mattress seems like it will be great.
