We used to have a Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody mattress that lasted us several years before needing replacement. We absolutely loved that mattress, but like anything it eventually broke down so we went to replace it. We replaced it with the Adapt medium series and feel that the overall quality and material is so much worse than what we had before. I can't get a good nights sleep on this mattress for anything and having had it for only 6 weeks the retailer we purchased it from is giving a hard time about replacing it. Sleeping on this mattress has caused major issues with lost sleep and sweating like crazy each night. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product that we once loved to anybody. We would spend the additional money and purchase a higher end Tempur-Pedic if the retailer would allow us, but even that makes me nervous.

It is clear to me that I didn't know what I was missing all these years. The bed is helping me with some of my medical problems where nothing else would. It has my recommendation. John-Wayne, our salesman, impressed me with his extreme knowledge of medical conditions along with his knowledge of all the various products and which one would be the best match for me. My delivery team were two outstanding young men. They were kind and professional. Amazingly, they took my entire old king size bed apart, moved it down into my basement and reassembled it. Can't tell you how helpful that was for me. Please thank them for me.

I was so so excited for this mattress as it was my first bed I bought as an adult and had a 20 years old Tempur-Pedic hammy down from my parents but was very disappointed upon arrival. The mattress at first was hard as a rock, like I truly thought this was a mistake I got the wrong mattress. Then it softened up a LITTLE bit to the warmer temperature in my house but this is a very different feel to the other medium hybrid mattress I tested in store, all of the adapt and cloud models I tried out, and none of the “medium”s felt this dense or firm. I'm very very disappointed with the coat and product quality and have no way to return. Save your money just get a good standard spring mattress instead it will last decades.

We recently purchased the tempur-adapt medium hybrid to replace an older bed. The main point of this story is it is our 2nd Tempurpedic mattress. The other one is 15 yrs old and looks like the day we bought it. It is worth every penny to anyone who wants a comfortable forever sleep on a mattress that doesn't wear down AT ALL. I cannot say enough about this brand. Yes, it is very expensive but worth a good night's sleep forever. Spend 8 hrs a night on this and wouldn't trade it for anything. Therefore, we just ordered another for another room.

It's nice, but it needs to be softer.I like being able to sink into the bed.It seemed like the one at the store was a little softer, so i'm kind of wondering if it was just cause it was broken more from people testing it out.We will be changing it out to a softer bed.

I have chronic pain issues and this mattress makes it so much more comfortable to sleep, move around if I have to, no more hip or back pain. It's so comfortable, it makes me not want to get out of bed. I wish I was able to get the pro adapt for more comfort but it wasn't in the budget. My husband and I shopped around for a mattress the entire day, I had him lay on this one first and then try a few other brands, we both kept going back to this one. We were totally missing out and glad we finally joined the tempur-pedic club!!

I am so in love with this mattress! I've had 3 spinal surgeries so having a nice mattress is important to me. Nothing compares to a Tempur bed! Truly the best of the best! My job is very physical and coming home to this and getting quality sleep is everything. Totally worth the investment!

Very attractive cover design. Showroom sample felt medium, but salesman should have “coached us” to more try's and other mattresses to be sure we select the right hardness mattress. We were “close”, but a little too hard (selected medium, should have soft).

The mattress seemed supportive enough when we tried it in the store but after several weeks use we find it too soft. Had to put a piece of plywood on the edge so I don't slip off the bed. Unfortunately this replaced the first mattress we tried and Denver Mattress won't replace it again.

This was a good mattress, until the foam starting forming huge holes under our shoulders. Tempurpedic honored the warranty the first time, but not the second time it happened, citing a sweat stain that was superficial and not close to the area. Both times the mattress only lasted 12-18 months before the holes formed. The mattress was kept on a power foundation sold to us with the mattress, and a mattress protector was used at all times. This product was not worth the price.
