Spent hours trying to set up. It would have been nice if they sent the required PIN so I could make it connect with my computer. Junk, do not buy.

Replacing the cartridge is very difficult. I would never buy this printer again because it is awkward to get the cartridge into the printer.

Didn't even think to look if it prints/copies double sided...well, it doesn't. Other than that, setup was relatively easy and straight forward. Has worked well so far.

So low price but HP keeps you captive on their monthly ink membership, printer wasn't working because, initial promo expired and once I signed up for membership it started working again. Not happy about membership.

Worked good until I cancelled the monthly subscription then it says it can't connect. I've tried several ways and it won't work, funny how I never had a problem until i cancelled

This printer was very inconsistent. Sometimes it would print, many times it would not. I had to call HP for help numerous times and their solution was to keep sending me more ink- which didnt help at all. I returned it.

Complete garbage. Comes with no instructions in the box on how to set it up. Only a reference manual. Paper would not feed. The setup software is terrible and would not install on my wife's phone. Took it back the next day.

This is the most difficult printer I have ever used. It took 13 minutes to print ONE page. Not lying thirteen minutes!!! Now it won’t even connect to wifi and HP gives no clear instructions. Returning this and I wouldn’t recommend buying it.

It fails to tell u in the description no more than 2.5 GHz network capability. My wifi is 5GHz. Can't install at all. Waste of my time setting it up and come to find out it's for slow connections.

Works great until your 6 months of free ink runs out and they want there money every month and if they don’t get the money your printer will stop working !!!!!!
