It took a while to set up the printer with the Internet.The instructions online were very helpful and clear.

Bought this to replace my current printer that is noisy when I turn it on and cuts off some what is printed when I need to print something off.

Does not work, called hp support they only used a ai to troubleshoot the issue. Then sams will not let me return and also used ai for that process.

This was a gift and the recipient loved it -- she is not very tech savvy but said it was very easy to set up and works great.

When I received my delivery my box has water marks all around it. As if it was sitting in water. It came that way

Junk, if you choose to NOT do the online ink. I purchased my own in cartridges (HP Brand). Only use a couple of times, no longer works because I won't purchase the ink subscription. I'm furious and frustrated.

Complete garbage. Comes with no instructions in the box on how to set it up. Only a reference manual. Paper would not feed. The setup software is terrible and would not install on my wife's phone. Took it back the next day.
