WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRINTER. It is fast and stays connected thru wifi.

worked fine for a few months...even changing a router and new password was easy to change. out of the blue it stopped connecting to wifi, and I've tried everything... nothing. it will be returned. also, print single sided only.

DO NOT BUY. I am never one to write these kinds of reviews but here I am. After messing around with this for over an hour I managed to print 2 test pages from my Pc settings page. The HP windows app shuts off all of my monitors, everything freezes, and after 5 minutes my PC restarts itself. In the Microsoft Scan and Fax computer app I can get it to preview scans but it refuses to actually scan anything. Can’t use the iPhone app to connect to the printer whatsoever despite the printers own diagnosis saying it’s totally fine. Not user friendly, terrible software, terrible purchase. Currently repacking it now to go back.

Inexpensive and that's the reason it is horrible. I have had a HP tech on the phone to get it to print from my IPHONE and NO doesn't work. I guess I'll just only print from my desk top. Go elsewhere and don't use HP. Brother printers are super. Bought this because of low price and I thought for a few print jobs around the house this would be fine. Wrong and don't try speaking the a person.

This printer is a pain do not buy! Had my printer for office use and some shipping to get rid of some items around my house. Had printed a two label for the next day to come back and the printer decided “not today”. Took over 45 minutes to load and then understanding I wasn’t printing anything today. Worse experience with a printer.
