This printer was easy to set up using the QR code and set up Wizard. Usually I have trouble with electronics but this printer works great!

It was easy to assemble and worked well for the first month. Then the Wi-Fi went out and it's never worked well since then. Very touchy.

I myself, would not change a thing it's easy to use and any problems I will have will be looked after

I still have not successfully got it set up- after hours of intervention and effort. My experience has been disappointing.

Great everyday basic printer exactly what I wanted for just occasional copy jobs.

I like the printer but I thought the controls and display weren't obvious on what needed to be done.

Printing is limited to the app. We only have one device that will work with it. Very disappointed. It is basically an expensive brick.

Very difficult and cumbersome set-up. After initial set-up printer seldom is readily connected and ready for use later.

I don't print a lot but it has been fine for me. It's faster than my last printer. Set up went well and it worked just like the directions said.
