Could never get the printer to work. Gave up after utilizing HP support with no success

I REPLACED AN HP DESKJET 6940

Impossible to install. Very frustrating.

In the short time we have had this printer, it is a big improvement over the 15-yr old HP it replaced.

I have had a terrible time trying to set up my pc and my iphone to print to this printer. My son and I have spent hours trying to make this work

Coming from the 2700 series this new upgrade is fantastic. The 4255e efficient and worth the money. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

This printer does not do 2 sided copying. Does not fax. My old HP printer Officejet 4365 did it all, so I’m disappointed. Print quality and speed are adequate.
