These are by far the best packaged refried beans hands down. These are just like you would get in a restaurant or would make at home. Absolutely love them!

These beans are fantastic. There's no tin can taste. They taste almost homemade.
I've used the Mayocoba (Mexican yellow beans), and they are even better!

I bought a box of these and immediately put them into my pantry. When I opened the box 2 of the pouches had exploded inside the unopened box.  It smelled horrible like a dead body. After I threw out the bad ones and cleaned up the mess I put a pouch in the microwave for one minute as instructed, the pouch exploded in my microwave making a horrible mess with a horrible. Now I can't think of them without getting physically sick.

Explosive Smell and Mess

It’s a staple we keep stocked up on for quick easy dinners. Our favorite with Marketside flour tortillas, Sargento Gouda cheese and cubed roasted sweet potatoes. My family thinks I’m a chef!
