Chair leg did not have the inside part that allowed for the one of the legs to screw on. I had to go to hardware store and purchased the part to fix it myself. There was a stain on the back of one chair I had to buy stain remover to get it off and it’s still on there a little. I do not buy new furniture and expect to have to repair, replace and clean it. Was very dissatisfied with this chair. I reported the problem but nothing done about it. Would not buy additional furniture again.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this chair. I bought two of them to replace a couple of worn 20 year old chairs. The new chairs appear to be very well built and are comfortable. There is some assembly required (the feet need to be screwed on and the back of the chair slides easily on to the attached mounting brackets), but the assembly is straight forward and took about 10 minutes per chair. I think the way the chair was disassembled from the manufacturer helped to protect the chair during shipping. If I had to make any complaints it might be that after 20 years my old chairs were well formed to my backside and it may take a while for the new chairs cushions to be molded just right.

When I first received this chair I loved how it looked. So easy to put together. Got it in the charcoal color. I didn’t find it super comfortable but I like sitting in a chair rather than “on” it. Others in my house loved it. It did not hold up to our teenage girls flopping in it to sit down and talk. The design of the chair is a little flimsy. We only had it 2.5 months and it broke. If it’s for guests or people who sit properly- will probably be fine.

The directions to assemble the chair were easy if the product was manufactured correctly. It took several attempts to get the side wings in right, but had to hammer it down all the way. The back of the chair tabs were defective and would slide in and click so it kept coming out. There was a hard bump in the cushion. The staples on the edges were coming loose. Only positive was the fabric looks nice. I guess I get what I paid for even though I thought $349 was a decent price.

We purchased 2 of these chairs for our living room. They were easy to put together. You just screw on the legs and the back slides down on brackets. The wife put them together since I had just had back surgery. They’re well made and very comfortable.

I purchased these chairs about 30 days ago. They were very easy to put together and they were packaged very well. After getting them in place I quickly realized how comfy they are! They recline back with ease and could easily take a nap in them. So glad I purchased them.

Very comfortable both upright and reclined. We had 1 wingback chair at the lake so my wife ordered 2 of these wingback recliners. Between the quality of the material, the padded arms, angle of back cushion and thickness of the seat cushion and the price, it's not a surprise that my wife ordered them after sitting in one at a friend's house. If they become available in prints & patterns, I won't be surprised to walk in some evening and see another set in the family room and/or living room. The value is exceptional and I know they will last for summers to come.

I was skeptical because of other reviews, but I LOVE this chair. It is comfortable. It is possible if you are little shorter than the average person your feet might hang. I am 5 feet 6&1/2 inches and it is perfect for me. I will say the two side pieces on the back where a challenge to get on but I am sure they won't ever come off. The color is exactly what is pictured online, I guess that was an issue in the past. I love the gray tone. When you recline I don't suggest being lazy like me and getting up without being careful. Your legs can get caught/stuck on the foot rest, this isn't an issue and I really like the way the foot rest is made which causes that small inconvenience for me, but most people won't be as lazy as I am. It is easy to put such back to recline and or push back to sit up. I am so glad I took a chance and purchased this chair. It look great and seems to be strong and sturdy.

This chair is huge!! I am not small and my feet hardly reached the floor. I tried shorter legs on the chair but the foot would not release. The back is very bulging and to rest back my head was tipped back into an uncomfortable position. I returned this monster!

Purchased to replace my previous purchased chair from Sams 3yrs ago. This chair looks great, and very firm cushioning. However, I regret purchasing as there is no comfortable way to recline without some form of neck support (pillow, the traveling neck pillows). The recline feature was very important to me and primary driver of purchasing this chair. For this, 2/5 because the recline feature is basically useless due to the discomfort.
