I really like the chairs and we bought two. One of them broke and I tried filing a warranty claim but other than an initial response I have never heard back from the company regarding the broken frame.

I purchased two of these for my home! They were easy to assemble ( just had to attach two pieces and put the bottom feet on) and the color is a very pretty bluish-grey. Great quality and super fast shipping.

I bought two of the charcoal ones and the first one is absolutely beautiful and I love this chair!! The second one a nut was loose and I couldn't attach a leg. Sam's took the return but now the color I want is out of stock which is disappointing because I definitely want another one! For the one I could put together, it is way better than I expected!

The picture looks like a light neutral gray; however, I found it to be a definite greenish gray. I asked 5 people what color they thought, and without prompting they all answered a greenish-gray. We didn't even put it together to see the comfort since I knew I did not like the color, but the design is very nice- exactly what we had been looking for if the color was better.

I ordered 2 of these chairs. One was perfect, the 2nd one had grease mark on the fabric, wing back cushioning on one side pushed inward, green marker on the front near the foot rest. Also, Fed Ex shipping left the boxes in the rain, fortunately the packaging was dry inside the box. I have reordered another & hope it is in perfect condition. Chair is nice & works in my space for the sale price. Would have given 5 stars if not for the quality control of the 2nd chair.

We bought the wingback recliner. They had a technician come out and look at the gap between the arms and base of chair. Technician could not fix the gap. Also, top of tge right arm had a flaw on it. Technician said we needed a new right arm base. But I see chair is now out of stock so Waiting to see what Abyson will do to fix this. Also, just noticed the Proposition 65 warning that wood dust from chair can cause cancer or birth defects!!!!

this chair was on sale and a pretty good deal. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the wings were a little tricky to get lined up to go on during assembly. Its also not the most comfortable chair but its not too bad either just a little hard and stiff.

a nice chair but you need a pillow for the back of the head because you have to lean your head back to reach the back of the recliner which makes it uncomfortable. also, the shipping was a horrible experience. it took 3 days of staying home. 7 calls to fed ex including 3 managers and 3 station managers and sam's club also calling fed ex. all because this company required a signature. and not a signature on one of the fed ex's missed you stickers but an in-person signature. but fed ex refused to let us know they were at our address even though they were told multiple times to do so. after we said if the shipment was not delivered on the 3rd day to send it back, only then was it redelivered. it is not worth the hassle to order another one from this company.

Signature was required which I did not require. Delivery was earlier than expected and packaging was excellent. Assembly was easy. 2 minutes once everything was out the box and all wrapping was off. My legs fit perfectly, they touch the floor. (My height 5'4") Really comfortable and sturdy. Small enough for my corner nook. Easy to recline. 3 recline positions. Slightly recline, sit up recline and layed way back recline. Chair is quiet when reclining. Not crazy about the fabric feel, feels a lil rough. A pillow is needed for your head in the sitting position if you want your head straight not slightly tilted back. Great chair overall and good sale price when purchased.
