Whoops, I didn't realize what I was missing out on!!! Downy not only leaves your clothing so much softer, but the material lasts longer and so does the smell!!! I am now a Downy mom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy ultra fabric softener works fantastic. It keeps my clothes smelling April fresh when I took them out of the washer and dryer. And they are so soft. This is a fantastic product. You only use a small amount which also makes it nice. I recommend that you get this. I have not been disappointed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually wary of fabric softeners because of past experiences with products giving me an allergy. Downy April Fresh is an excellent product, it does what it claims to do and it was great on my family’s sensitive skin. My clothes smelled fresh and had a touchable softness. The only thing I didn’t like was tge intesity of the smell. Although it has an amazing smell, the intensity can be overwhelming. That might be a matter of preference but, overall, this is a great product.

I only use this brand because my skin is very sensitive. Downy doesnt irritate the skin like other brand. It makes my clothes feel soft and the scent is wonderful. 1 bottle last me a while, normally I only measure 1 cup per load. The lid comes handy for measuring.

I have used various brands of pods, but ultimately, it has negated the need for me to buy fabric sofetner seperately. I didn't think it would make a difference. After using Downy April Fresh, I must say it does make a difference. First, the scent is fabulous. I like a fresh scent, but there is a fine line between a nice scent and overpowering. This product strikes the perfect balance. I used this on a load of color tshirts first time around. My shirts came out nice and soft and fresh. The colors looked good as well, though I can't determine if that was specifically related to this product. I can say that it didn't damage the colors in any way. I have some issues with static when I use pods. I had absolutely no static after using this product on my first load, and I haven't noticed any since either. That is probably my favorite aspect of Downy April Fresh. The product claims to reduce pilling and fuzz. I can't speak to this specifically. I did not notice any specific decrease in these issues, but being unable to substantiate this claim didn't take away from its value, in my opinion. Overall, I really like this product, and I will be purchasing it in the future.

I can't believe that you would change the formula for the April Fresh Downey. I purchased a bottle and returned it because the scent was nothing like the old scent. My husband, who never notices anything when it comes to laundry, noticed and said that it smelled bad. In my opinion, it smells like a cheap man's cologne. Please change back to the original April Fresh Downey that I love!

It makes your cloths wrinkle free and reduces lint. I love it and plan on purchasing it for a very long time.

My dearly departed father in law loved Downy it was the only fabric softener he would use. So when we use Downy April Fresh fabric softener it reminds of us of him. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Downy April Fresh for a couple weeks now. I'm impressed. The clothes are super soft and the scent is amazing! When I first opened the box, containing the Downy, the scent wafted out before I even removed the bottle. With it being that strong, I expected my head to start pounding. However, it was such a pleasant scent, and though strong, not over powering. My daughter was helping me. Her first words were, "It smells like flowers!” I kind of agree, but yet it's more outdoorsy than flowery. My husband and sons have no issue having their clothes smelling of this Downy. They won't use anything that smells if flowers. A couple days ago my youngest daughter was standing next to me. I noticed how nice she smelled, but had forgotten about the Downy. I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and my older daughter have been helping with the laundry. I asked one of my older daughters what that scent was. She told me she was using the Downy. I am so impressed, I will be buying this again!

I absolutely love this fabric softener! It is the only scented product I can use without it making me itch all over. I usually use an unscented laundry soap and use this to give it a gentle soft smell. It also does a great job at making your clothes soft.
