[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fabric softener and have since I was a child. it makes your Laundry so soft and it makes your laundry smell wonderful. It is my favorite fabric softener and I would recommend it to anyone. I hope the manufacturer never stops making it because I couldn't do without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product on multiple loads with different fabrics, textures, and colors and it makes all of my clothes smell really good!! I used to use drier sheets, but they made my dryer dirty and grimy. No problem with that here, since it goes in the washer! My clothes are super soft, and I noticed that I have less static cling. I always found that my daughters clothes had horrible cling before. I am so happy with this product.

I couldn't get over how well it not only made my clothes smell, but my entire laundry room smelled of laundry freshness without being overpowering! After doing loads of laundry, including towels and sheets, I am so impressed with how soft the clothes are, as well! There really is nothing better than crawling into bed with clean sheets that smell April fresh! I am confident that this switch will be a mainstay in our home!

Most days, I keep my teenage son's bedroom door closed, due to the lingering odor that comes out of there (even after his bedding and clothes are washed with our usual detergent and dried with dryer/fabric sheets) but, after washing his bedding and clothes with our usual detergent and the Downy Liquid Fabric Enhancer, leaving his door open is no longer a problem... even after several days. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer is so much more than a fabric softener! It helps fabrics look and smell fresh! But, the difference is this: This fabric enhancer helps clothes look newer, longer! My sweaters have less pills than usual AND they don't stretch out in strange ways. In fact, I actually save money because my clothes stay new-looking so much longer! And the scent of this product is basically what I associate with fresh clean laundry. It smells soooo good! I honestly don't think I will ever use another fabric softener ever again.

I absolutely love the Downy April Fresh Fabric Softener! I reall felt like it got the job done when it came to making my clotges smell magical and making them soft as the could be. I also noticed that the fragrance seemed to linger a few days after i washed, which i absolutely loved!. The smell was amazing, it wasnt weak or anything and it was to too strong. It was the perfect formula for my clothes. Deffinatley a recommend to my family and friends!

As many of the other reviewers have noted, Downy April Fresh is a staple in most American homes. Unfortunately, our family went to use the "new" formulation and had to rewash our clothes to get the overpowering scent to go away. It is not the comforting smell we have all come to love and expect. Please P&G, bring back the original formulation. I fear you are going to lose a lot of loyal customers with this change. I'm headed out to see if I can get any of the old formulation.

Best part about it is that the scent is long-lasting and keeps are sheets and clothes smelling nice longer than what we are using before. Before trying this product I would always just use a dryer sheet but product will be my new favorite. It is also super affordable which girls on a budget LOVE ;) Definitely will purchase this product again when we run out of this bottle.

What happened to the Downy April Fresh fabric softener?? I just got a brand new bottle and it is so liquidy and runny and the smell is awful. My clothes smell different and not the same and they’re not as soft. Did they change the formula??? Bring back the old one!!
