[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently in the throes of deep cleaning my home. When I received the Downy, I decided to use it to wash all my curtains and bed linens. Let me just say, using Downy on the curtains could not have been a better decision. Every room smelled like a little slice of heaven. I only wish it wasn’t quite so hot outside, then I could open the windows and let the breeze drift the smell.

This trash is the nastiest smelling garbage on the planet.It is so thick it once took me over 40 minutes for the nasty substance they call it angel fresh i call it demon odor.It is called downy but it won't even come down from the bottle.Pitiful.If you buy this you are a fool get Gain instead folks. This is the most nastiest brand anyone could think of, I mean seriously how could anyone come up with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been much of one to use fabric softener or add-ins in my laundry. I was ready to try some though to help make my bedding, sheets and quilts softer. The Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer smells clean and fresh. My quilt does feel softer and I hope it continues to get softer and softer after each use. I would like to see Downy make more natural enhancers, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. If you want your quilts softer and fresher then this is the stuff for you!

The only fabric softener I will use. Nothing else leaves clothes as soft or smelling as good as Downy ( original) does. I can leave an underneath piece of clothing in my bedroom to dry and I will smell the Downy for days - I left the item up for 3 days last time but I'm thinking of leaving something out indefinitely as a test to see how long I can smell the Downy.

I love this fabric softener. While I could take or leave the scent, I notice such a difference in the texture of my clothes when I add this to the wash. It really helps tone down starchiness and leaves my clothing and bedding with a far softer texture, especially over time.

I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. I absolutely love Downy. It smells great. The smell lingers on your clothes even after I take them out of the dryer. It more than does the job when it comes to keeping clothes soft. I highly recommend this product and will continue to use it. I tested the product for free but the opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the way Downy softens clothes. I had some old towels I was going to get rid of but now am happy to keep them. Downy has a nice scent that is not over powering. I have had no issues with static in any of my loads of laundry, nor fading. It is so nice to have a product that works as well as it says it will.

I stopped using dryer sheets and switched to dryer balls a few months ago because I hated that weird film the clothes seemed to get. The Downey liquid didn’t leave that film at all and the smell isn’t too strong. I don’t have a specific place in my washer for softener, so I just had to add it in the bottom with the soap so I may not be getting the full benefits. Once my bottle is empty, I will purchase another one.

I really like how my clothes smell after using Downy. They smell nice and fresh. Also, I am impressed that the static from drying my clothes in the dryer has decreased. This is always important in winter for me. I received a free sample of Downy for review but my opinions are my own.
