[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of fabric softener. I love the way it makes my clothes and towels smell. My family has always used the Downy brand and I personally think it is the ultimate fabric softener on the market. The Ultra Downy April Fresh scent is a new favorite of mine. It smells clean and leaves my clothes feeling soft, fresh and static free.

I received a free sample to test but all opinions are my own. Overall the product is something I would continue to use. The smell is great. It's light. It also made my clothes feel softer. The price was comparable to others so its worth another chance.

We usually love love love this product but here recently it's like we've gotten a bad batch( by batch I mean 4-5 bottles). When used it seems to stain the clothes and you have to wash them back through a second time to get it out. Any other time It's great. We almost changed to a different fabric softener because of this.

I use Downy all the time, my family loves the smell and niceness it leaves on your clothes, I have 3 teenagers, so I really need this for their clothes, thank you for making such a great product, and I also love all the great scents that you make! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer is an excellent fabric softener! The fragrance is nice and not overpowering. My clothes hold the fragrance from wash to wash which is something that I enjoy and they feel a bit softer than before I started using it. Easy to use and mess free! Definitely going to keep this in my laundry room for future use!

I stopped using dryer sheets and switched to dryer balls a few months ago because I hated that weird film the clothes seemed to get. The Downey liquid didn’t leave that film at all and the smell isn’t too strong. I don’t have a specific place in my washer for softener, so I just had to add it in the bottom with the soap so I may not be getting the full benefits. Once my bottle is empty, I will purchase another one.

The scent blends in perfectly with our detergent. My biggest concern was staining of my clothes and not even a smudge. Definitely recommend!

The Downey i knew was back when I'm still living in my home country. I moved now to Central Europe and can't purchase this anymore. I love and miss the after smell of this fabric conditioner in which i couldn't find or to match it with, in any available fabric softeners around here.

I used this in my laundry today and my clothes smell fantastic, I can really tell a difference between the intensity of the scent from the brand that I was previously using. It has "motion-activated fresheners that neutralize bad odors with with a fresh scent as as you move through your day." I absolutely love it! I received this product from Influenster for testing purposes but all opinions are my own.

I used to be a faithful Downy user. No more. First of all, if you shake it as the directions say, it pours out all over the place, not just from the spout. But the absolutely worst thing about it is that for some reason, it now leaves big blue spots all over my sheets and clothes. Sure they go away when I wash them again, but who wants that? I have tried many other fabric softeners and Downy is the only one that has ever left spots on my clothes. I've been using the "cheap" April fresh Downy since all the other products are ridiculously expensive in my opinion. I live alone so am only doing the wash for one person, but even so, I can find a lot better uses for the money I would spend on all the other Downy products.
