[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love ultra downy april fresh. It makes my clothes smell great and stay smelling great for a very long after laundry day. It also makes everything so incredibly soft. I use this every laundry day and plan to try different scents.

I LOVE Downy April Fresh fabric softener. My mom used this when I was younger, and I use it in my household today. Not only does it make my family's clothes soft, but it makes them smell so fresh and clean! I have been using Downy softener for years, and will not switch.

I like this fabric softener because of its lovely decent smell. I tend to have headaches/migrains and if something smells to strong it easily triggers them. And it doesnt smell like total chemical thats a plus too. I mostlikly use it in towels, blankets and underwear to make them extrasoft. I got to test it for free that was pretty nice.

The scent still wasn't my favorite but it was long lasting and did what it was supposed to do. I was impressed. Usually you can't smell fabric softener for very long after a wash. This one you could.

This April Fresh scent is perfect for all year round to keep the smell vibrant and clean. The fabric conditioner protects my clothes for me. Knowing how cheaply made clothes can be, Downy looking out for maintaining the quality of my clothes is very important to me.

My clothes hold the fragrance from wash to wash which is something that I enjoy and they feel a bit softer than before I started using it. Easy to use and mess free! Definitely going to keep this in my laundry room for future use!

Downy also does a great job with keeping my daughter's uniforms fresh and that's not an easy task!! My 14 year old daughter plays soccer and runs track and is also a teenager and keeping her clothes fresh is something only the Downy brand can do!! Our clothes are always soft, fresh and free of static when I use Downy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy has quite a few claims regarding the benefits: Softens, freshens, reduces wrinkles, reduces fuzz and pills, prevents static, keeps colors bright. On some it is hard to tell if makes a substantial difference but it seems to work. I washed a sweater recently that previously came back from the cleaners a touch faded and a little pilly. The next time I washed it myself and used Downy. It looked good after the wash. I was afraid it would further fade or pill more but it did not and if anything looked a little better. In general, the reduced static and fresh scent are very noticeable benefits. While hard to tell if there are less wrinkles, and reduced fuzz and pills, I am not noticing wrinkles and fuzz/pilling problems so it is difficult to argue that it does not work. For the more obvious benefits alone it is worth it. A little goes a long was as opposed to some of the cheaper fabric softeners out there and if you get some of the other benefits over time it is an added bonus.

I'm a big Downy gal.  My mom used to use this in our laundry growing up and we always got compliments that our house smelled like a hotel.  I typically just use the dryer sheets now since a lot of clothes are sensitive to fabric softener, but nothing gets your clothes smelly as good as this stuff.

The smell itself is a calming feel good smell. My clothes not only smells great but they are soft. My sheets are so soft as well as my towels. My work clothes come out soft and I don't have to iron my scrub shirts any longer which was a task I hated. Best of all is that one bottle contains so much to help maintain my clothes, towels, sheets and undergarments. 
