I just used the new April fresh fabric "conditioner" that has replaced your famous April fresh fabric softener. I don't know what you did to the scent, but it is VERY unpleasant. I feel like my clothes need to be rewashed and the smell is so strong that it seems it will be difficult to get the scent out even then. The new scent reminds me of mosquito spray. I really don't like it! I will be looking for a new brand of fabric softener, unless you can bring back the original scent. I hope you can, because it is what has made your success in my opinion. I've been a loyal Downy user for many years. So sorry to lose that great scent.

Love picking up a freshly washed towel and have it have that nice clean scent - best on sheets too! This Downy softener is also great on static. I haven’t used dryer sheets while using this softener and my clothes come out static free and softer than ever! I’m looking forward to continuing to use this to see if it truly protects my fabrics and to continue experiencing soft, clean smelling, static free clothing!

The whole point of using this type of product is that the smell lingers on the fabric. Otherwise I'd just use dryer sheets for static prevention. I'm really satisfied with this product overall.

My clothes hold the fragrance from wash to wash which is something that I enjoy and they feel a bit softer than before I started using it. Easy to use and mess free! Definitely going to keep this in my laundry room for future use!

It smells good. My closet smells good because I use too much of this stuff. I can't say whether it helps with wrinkles.... I am a lazy laundry person so the only thing that will help my clothes and wrinkles is either someone willing to do my laundry or me not leaving it in the dryer for 3 days. Neither of those is likely. Either way, good product....buy it, your clothes will appreciate it.

BUT, I had enough to do several loads of laundry. I had never used fabric softener before. I like dryer sheets to help with static, etc. Well, I have to say I'm now a believer. I love it!! After washing, mostly blankets, I could smell the clean, fresh scent throughout the house. Even Batman the Cat loved the clean throw blankets!! I'll definitely be buying more, hopefully they make it in my favorite scent......botanical mist/rain!!

I like Ultra Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Softener if I can’t find the Downy Free & Gentle Liquid Fabric Conditioner 103 Fl Oz. The April Fresh has a very strong fragrance that irritates my nose but I will use it if my favorite is out of stock. It is very reasonably priced and comparable to others. Give it a try, you may like it if you don’t mind the strong fragrance.

Let me start off by saying downy ultra conditioner smells amazing! And it makes the clothes feel amazing! My daughter who is about to turn 2 has verrrryyy sensitive skin and it doesn't make her brake out at all! I got a free sample from influenster but my opionion is 100% honest and all me!
