I use Downy because my mother used Downy and I only use the April fresh because it reminds me of when I was a kid and it reminds me of when I used to do my kids' laundry because that is what I did their laundry in absolutely love Downy as a fabric softener it works excellent it is a great for your fabrics no static clean and it leaves a nice good scent absolutely love it recommended highly and I will buy it again

My clothes hold the fragrance from wash to wash which is something that I enjoy and they feel a bit softer than before I started using it.

I'm a huge Downy fan, so I was stoked to find it in my Vox Box. I love the convenience of the pour-able spout and the scent is amazing. It leaves my clothes feeling soft and the fragrance lasts for a while. I'll definitely purchase this again and again. I was also happy the static cling wasn't present. I usually use dryer sheets because it's easy and I usually forget to add liquid softeners but if my laundry is going to be this soft I guess I will make more effort to get it right. No sensitive skin issues and no tackiness left on my clothes. I really like Downy April Fresh fabric softener.

I once LOVED April Fresh liquid fabric softener so very much... everything I washed smelled so amazing, like I never want to stop smelling it..... UNTIL RECENTLY! I don't know why Downy would change such an amazing smelling product... especially going to this HORRIBLE new smell! I will not be buying again unless they change it back. The first time I used it, I was a bit overwhelmed by the scent, but then I started getting compliments at work. People would pass me by and ask what type of cologne I was wearing and I would tell this it's my "Downy Fabric Softner" I would then ask if any of them if they have tried Downy and a lot of them had and lot of them used other brands.When I take my clothes out of the dryer and once I fold or hang them up I don't have to iron them after using this product. my t-shirts and undergarments feel so soft against my skin and not rough and scratchy. I love this product and would definitely recommend it friends and family members.

I love the classic April Fresh Scent! .I love the way my sheets feel and they smell good even up to the day I rewash them. I had a thought that it would be good to also create a liquid downy in the Outdoor fresh scent of Bounce. Those two scents are my favorite!

Downy appears to have stained the area of our dryer where I poured it in at full strength, and some of our light color cloths were also stained. I love the softness of Downy and have used it for many years, but in my opinion, something must have changed. I don't recall ever having this problem in the past. I believe their Free & Clear is colorless so I may try that version of Downy. Why do companies change things that have worked well for years?

I tested the Downy on the towels first. They smelled Downy fresh, and were soft. I am happy to report that I did not have a reaction. So I moved on to dark clothes, shirts and pants, and still good. So the firest good thing, no reaction. Second, was that everything smelled spring fresh. The other nice thing is that the clothes felt a little softer. I look forward to putting on fresh sheets on the bed, and using fresh towels. Downy gets a big thumbs up from me.
