I have used Downy April Fresh fabric softener for longer than I can remember, and have NEVER considered using anything else. The last bottle that I bought smelled awful - not clean or fresh and definitely not the same scent that I've used for 20 odd years. I went back to the store the next day and opened and smelled every bottle I could reach. They all stink. Bring back the original scent Downy!

Usually we come home from the practices, and games to my whole house, and cars smelling like a gym bags. So to my amazement this product has turned my frown upside down.I have used it for 2 weeks now and I love the smell so much I even added it to a spray bottle and used it as an air freshner for my car! Using Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner has made all my clothes super soft that I have stopped using dryer sheets all together. Talk about a homerun.

Danny’s a mess down he is a must in my house I love it the smell is so fresh reminds me of my childhood I have used it all my life my parents as well my grandma amount families down it keeps the clothes smelling so fresh for such a long time yeah I would not try anything else

I only use this brand because my skin is very sensitive. Downy doesnt irritate the skin like other brand. It makes my clothes feel soft and the scent is wonderful. 1 bottle last me a while, normally I only measure 1 cup per load. The lid comes handy for measuring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard to tell the difference between fabric softeners, but my laundry (and the scent) was indeed fresh and clean. My dog sheds a lot, and I think the softener helped loosen up all of the fur. It does everything it claims to do - reduces wrinkles and prevents static. I would for sure use it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the bottle you are hit with fresh, floraly fragrance. I put in a cup full for a full load of laundry. After drying, clothes do not look faded and smell absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend using not only on my delicates but all my laundry.

I received a sample of the Ultra Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric softener completely free of charge for reviewing purposes through Influenster.com but in my most honest opinion i have got to say that this product is magnificent, while i do feel the scent can be a little over whelming at times (If used more than stipulated) , It leaves my laundry feeling soft and smelling fresh for days! Clothes seriously look brand new again! Totally recommended.

I have a toddler and really want our towels to feel nice and soft for her sensitive skin. I was lucky to receive this product to test for FREE from Influenster, but rest assured that this review is ALL me. I LOVE this stuff! It smells fantastic and our towels have never felt softer. Never even noticed where to put it and was too embarassed to ask a froend. My mom never used softener so why should I need too! Came across some downy april fresh fabric conditioner and life has changed! I can not believe the softness of my towels and clothes and the faint hint of fragrance. Not noticable but a clean smell that has brightened up my laundry days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid user of products that will make my clothes look better and last longer. This is one of those! The scent is fine. I tend to like other, more manly scents (which is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars). However, this left my clothes soft and really brought out their color. I have a lot of black pants and this kept them from fading. I wear colored shirts and the colors are as vibrant as the first time I wore them! I have always had clothes fade over time, but thanks to Downy's Fabric Conditioner, my clothes are soft and true to color! I would highly recommend this product - I just hope they come out with it in other scents!!
