This is my absolute favorite fabric softener! Not only does it actually make your clothes softer, it also smells wonferful!! This is always my first choice when purchasing fabric softener. I've used several others, from the same brand and other brands, and nothing comes close to working as well as this does! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

I have loved Downy softener for years. I even remember as a child I loved when my Mom would wash our clothes using Downy softener. It always made the clothes soft and smelled so fresh. The smell is like a fresh clean breeze as if your clothes were hung on the line to dry. I will continue using it. This fabric softener is so good. The April fresh scent last on your clothes for a very long time it also helps keep clothes wrinkle free so your clothes will look and smell great. I find it to be affordable for the quality of product. I would recommend Ultra Downy

Once I spend a whole day running loads of laundry with fabric softener, I can honestly say I’ll probably never go back. With small children I do laundry every day. Sometimes clothes come out dry and stiff and the color fades fast sometimes sometimes my clothes were dry and staff or the color faded too fast. I have now found that with using downy fabric softener, my clothes are not only softer when I take them out, but the color is fading a lot less. I also enjoy the fresh scent The fabric softener leaves behind on my clothes. When I washed my sheets for my bed, it was so wonderful laying down and having them smell so fresh. I will never go back to not using fabric softener again. This is a life-changing move

Downy is very popular conditioner brand for fabric and I'm in love with it the first time I ever smell it. Thus, washing my clothes with Downy is always smells perfect and clean. I can go with any scent as well as it from Downy. This is a must buy item for everybody. Highly recommended!!

I received a sample of this product for free from Influenster, in exchange for my honest review. I had a huge tub of clothes that I let sit for a couple of years. The clothes had been packed since we lived in an apartment whose previous tenant smoked like a chimney, so they were packed away already smelling bad and came out smelling worse. For the last year, I've washed items but they never stayed smelling good. The stale smoke smell always came back. One wash with our low-scent homemade detergent and this Downy product, and my favorite Christmas shirts smell totally normal again, and have stayed that way for a few weeks! I'm so thrilled!

I have never used it before and thought it was not something I really needed. When I decided to use Downy I was pleasantly surprised. I used it on my sweaters. Sky sweaters have had a tendency having having the pills on them from wearing them. In one wash with Downy, the pills were noticeably less. Definitely will continue to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent smells fantastic in the container but you put it in the wash and smell nothing. It is comparable to every other softener I’ve used but you definitely can’t smell it after the clothes have been washed and dried.

Passed down from generation to generation. I can't remember the first scent that Downy made before. If it's April Fresh or Sunrise Fresh? I remember my grandmother always buy the sunrise fresh. I also like their "antibac". I mixed this fabric conditioner with white vinegar to soften my laundries.
