I have been using Downey products for about 25 years. I love the smell and the way it makes my clothes feel. Especially my bedding and linens. I would encourage all my friends and family to use this product. I give it a 5 out of 5 for the coziness and warm feeling I get when I crawl into my bed. Not only does it smell good, I never have static cling when I use it.

There are not many things that I have to buy Name Brand. Fabric softener is the exception. I will have to vouch after trying non-name brand, that there really is a difference! My clothes look & feel better that fresh laundry scent stays with the clothes! Don't skimp on fabric softener -With that being said, maybe they have them and I just have not seen them, but I wish they had refills I could buy so I did not have to buy another plastic container each time!

I have always used snuggle for a fabric softener on my clothes and was very happy with the results, i was given downy to try for free but this review is my own opinion. When I opened the bottle the smell was so pleasant , once i used it on my clothes I noticed they were softer my clothes looked brighter and they smelled great! I was really pleased with this product and i think I would use it in the future.

It is definitely more than just a fabric softener, it is a product that delivers a great protective quality along with a great, long-lasting fresh smell. Pros: long-lasting scent (even after sitting in my dresser for a week), helps reduce wrinkles in my work shirts, less fuzz and pills on my sweatshirts, soft towels and keeps the colors on my children's clothing bright. Definitely a useful product for myself and my kids. Cons: This product claims to help prevent static cling. However, in my experience I still had some static cling while using it, especially with towels. I had to throw the towels back into the dryer with a fabric softener sheet. This however is not a deal breaker and I still recommend this product 100%. Other than the prevention of static cling Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer delivers on all it's promises. It's easy to pour and is not a huge extra step for all the benefits it supplies. It will definitely become a normal part of my laundry routine

Downey's not what it used to be. I can't put my finger on when it changed but it's definitely changed and not for the good. It no longer has the same softening/anti-static effect as it used to. I have to add dryer sheets also. DEFINITELY does not smell the same either. Disappointed. I suppose the younger generation won't know the difference but I'm in the middle range and KNOW what it used to be like. I'm 55 and it was a much better product even just 10-15 years ago.

I have been a downy fabric softener user for well over 15 years and would not switch for anything!!! Downt has always kept my laundry smelling fresh, super soft and most importantly, it doesn't irritate families skin. With the various scents available, I can use them all and still get the same qualities

Ultra Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner is Amazing. It makes my clothes smell fresh clean and soft I would definitely recommend this product its works great, it always makes my clothes soft and smell really good I love Downy! I have used this for quite some time. I love the way it makes my clothes smell. It also makes my clothes extremely soft. I use it with the Downy ball and it's very easy to use. I love Downy!! I got to try it from Influenster and it is awesome I love the smell and how soft it makes my clothes in my bed blanket it's the best to just freshly get your sheets and blanket wash crawl into bed and have the downy smell engulfing you wouldn't use anything else

I wore a work shirt i used this product on and i could smell the fresh clean secnt all day. Also made the clothes ultra soft and no static! Im so impressed i will be buying this product as soon as this runs out. This is my now go to softener. You cant beat that scent and the lasting power! Cant waut to use it on my bed sheets this weekend and the dog bed too!
