[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner isn't ordinary fabric softener. Yes it has that great Downy scent, but it leave the clothes feeling softer, looking cleaner, and smelling even better than regular Downy. There are fewer wrinkles and no static cling with Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner. I plan to use this product for several months, and expect that the promise of the colors staying bright and the fabric looking new will be kept. So far everything rinsed with this product has come out looking great.

It doesn't smell like Downy April Fresh!!! you ruined it. Why? I remember my grandmother using Downy in the 1970s and I bought this and it's entirely different.I finally have a top load washer so I thought I'd use liquid fabirc softener. Downy is expensive but I wanted that scent. Why did you change it?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great as a fabric softener itself but I much prefer the unscented versions. Perhaps a different or lighter scent might appeal more. I like it enough but it's not something I think I could use every load and instead might opt in for vinegar more than most of the time. Works and smells as advertised.

Downey gives me that clean scent and makes my clothes feel soft and static free at the same time. I have four kids and I'm like that Downey helps protect their clothes, hand me downs are a must.

The smell was really strong when I first opened the bottle, so I assumed it would stay that strong. I was definitely wrong. It did smell good and the scent lasted all day. On top of the that the laundry I had put away still smelled fresh 2 weeks later. This is now my go to fabric softener.

I work out 4-5 days a week, and I rotate between two t-shirts and two pairs of pants. I have used these clothes for over a year and a half, and I began to notice that even after washing (and using a different fabric softener), that my clothes were starting to retain that sweaty, stinky smell. I was just about ready to trash them when I decided to try the Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer. The scent in the bottle is not overpowering, and I didn't need to use as much as I suspected. My stinky old gym clothes now smell fresh, and dare I say, NEW! I'm very pleased! The scent after washing is even lighter than in the bottle, and to me, it smells fresh. Another thing I noticed is that there seemed to be less lint in the lint trap, which is definitely a good thing. My only complaint (and it's minor) is that the fill lines inside the cap are a bit difficult to see.

I also like the fact that not much liquid is needed for each load because it is so concentrated making this a good value. It has a lot of loads in one bottle!

I have used all of the scents that Downy has to offer but I always find myself coming back to the classic scent of April Fresh. Downy helps keep our laundry soft and smelling fresh wash after wash. I cannot bring myself to buy another brand even if it is on sale!! Thank you Downy for such an awesome!e product!

Which was perfect timing since today was wash day and I had one more load of laundry to do and the toughest one yet. Pillows. I have the unfortunate luck to have my significant other to be a total sweatball at night meaning come morning time the pillowcase and all is soaked and of course reeks of sweat. I always need to have some sort of deodorizing agent to combat the smell. I always have to put a scoop of baking soda kind and a scoop of liquor detergent. Right away I noticed the powerful smell of the Downy. Wow. Definitely more powerful than the other fabric softener I buy. I put it in with the load of pillows and left it out on the line to air dry after it was done. Definitely smell great on the line as well. Can't wait to see if the smell lasts because for me that truly the test... It s been a week and the pillows still smell great. Definitely a product to keep in my pantry! Lasted a lot longer and stronger than my usual brand.

The new scent of Downy April Fresh is unpleasant. The original scent was remarkable and recognizable. Everyone remarked on how fresh my laundry room and laundry smelled. Sadly I am in search of a substitute and disposed of the bottle I just purchased.
