[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells fantastic, left our laundry nice and soft (and fluffy). So far the smell has lasted about a week on the clothes, which I appreciate! The whole point of using this type of product is that the smell lingers on the fabric. Otherwise I'd just use dryer sheets for static prevention. I'm really satisfied with this product overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Downy fabric softeners, though I usually use their non-scented products. I've washed a handful of loads using the Downy April Fresh, and my items smell quite delightful. I washed my duvet cover using this product, and even my husband noticed the new scent. It's not overpowering, and doesn't bother my skin at all. I will continue to use non-scented products for certain loads, but will keep April Fresh on hand for clothes and linens.

I have used Downy for so long - until they changed the scent from the original April Fresh to this gross smell! They call it “floral” - but it definitely doesn’t smell like any flowers I’ve ever smelled lol. Sooo many people have complained about the change, hard to imagine why they refuse to switch back?? I would recommend Gain over any of the current Downy scents.

I'm not a fabric softener kind of person. If I use it, I use it primarily to add a pleasant fragrance to laundry. In this case, I was pleased with the scent that Downy left on the clothes. It also didn't leave awful residue that many leave in the washing machine, which is a plus!

Reason one, it leaves my clothes smelling fresh and clean for days at a time!! Reason two, the amazing softness it adds back to the fabric, no matter how new or old it is!! Reason three, prevents wrinkles! Who likes to talk around looking like they rolled out of bed? I will continue to use Downy for years to come.

I dont think i will EVER use another softener again!! I did my daughters blankets in them and I as soon as I gave them back to her-she snuggled right into them!! Little girl KNOWS whats good!!!

I don't understand why you would change such a warm and comfortable sense memory. It was pleasant and it was "home". Now I find it overwhelming and not pleasant at all. Why must my fabric softener overwhelm my perfume. I don't want my fabric softener to become my perfume. The long lasting scent...really?! Please bring back the old scent and my memories of home. I only chose one star....had to....not three

I used Downy for the first time and i love this product. I will never buy anything else again. This product worked very well for my family and I! It left my clothes smelling amazing and fresh. The scent does last a long time. With 3 small children and playing sports it is nice to have their clothes smelling fresh and clean and long lasting! Downy will forever be a keeper in our home. I have not found many products like this one that the scent actually lasts long. Some products smell amazing but the scent doesn't last and with Downy softener it DOES last a long time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fabric softener doesn’t leave any residue and literally gives your clothing that long lasting fresh fragrance. The scent blends in perfectly with our detergent. My biggest concern was staining of my clothes and not even a smudge. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the bottle you are hit with fresh, floraly fragrance. I put in a cup full for a full load of laundry. After drying, clothes do not look faded and smell absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend using not only on my delicates but all my laundry.
