I have been using Ultra Downy in April Fresh scent ever since I received it in my Influenster VOXBOX. I am very impressed with this product. It has been so amazing for my family of five and i. and I have to say that I'm pretty impressed! Our clothes are left feeling very soft and the scent is amazing! We ran out of the sample size very quickly and went and bought more, we are hooked!

After a recent purchase of Downy, my laundry and house immediately started smelling offensive. After closely studying the bottle, I noticed that Downy now calls itself a "CONDITIONER". It's apparent that the new designation resulted in a new scent... Multiple attempts were made to give the new scent a chance, but it became unbearable. I have been a faithful Downy fabric SOFTENER user my entire life. Now that Downy is a fabric CONDITIONER, the smell is horrendous. I did luck up and find some old, original SOFTENER at a store (I bought the only 2 SOFTENERs on the shelf) - but assume my Downy days are numbered. Unless the original scent is returned, I will have to find a new brand... :(

i received this downy in an influenster voxbox for free to review and it has been awesome. i wasnt really a fabric softener user before but this has definitely changed my preference. it has made my clothes and blankets so soft and that beautiful scent lasts forever. even the surfaces the treated blankets touch are retaining the scent &its not to strong,its a light but long lasting scent & i definitely recommend!

The April Frest scent alone proved me wrong. Not only did it leave my dirtiest laundry smelling like April flowers. My clothes were noticeably softer, fluffy and huggable. There’s no stiffness or leftover residue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are dozens of brands of fabric softener out there to chose from. But Ultra Downy April Fresh is the best. The smell is clean and lasts for weeks after washing. You don't have to use very much in order to see the benefits of using Downy over other brands. There is never any stiff fabric feeling and my dress shirts are less staticky than when using other fabric softener. I love how my clothes smell and feel fresh out of the dryer when I include Downy April Fresh in my washing routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the scent is amazing, I love the subtle, soft smell that this leaves on my laundry. My blankets and towels feel fluffy and soft. The liquid is thick so I hav no issues with spillage. We love Downy Fabric Softner in our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using downy fabric softener since I was 9 years old. 34 years of awesomeness. I tried a different fabric softener once during the 34 years and immediately went back to downy. Only downy makes my clothes fresh and soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the bottle of Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer, I was a bit concerned with the scent. I found it overpowering and generally not the type of scent that I am usually drawn to for laundry products (I love the Botanical Mist scented Downy products). However, I found after using the product in the wash, the scent isn't overpowering on freshly washed clothing. I think the product does help with softening fabric. I have generally tried to reduce household products with heavy scent, dyes, and other chemicals, but still find myself reaching for Downy with items such as sheets, towels, and jeans, because they feel crunchy and uncomfortable when I don't use it. My sheets and towels also feel much fresher when I pull them out of the closet a week after a wash compared to when I don't use Downy. Jeans and other clothing items are noticeably less wrinkly when I use Downy. I do not care for the fact that all of the ingredients used in the product aren't disclosed. Some simply say dye, perfumes, etc. This gives me great concern, because if Procter & Gamble feels the need to keep them off of the label, I automatically think that there must be a reason for it. With my children's skin being exposed to the fabric in their clothes and sheets pretty much all of the time, I'm unwilling to use this product on their items. All in all I think this is a decent product, but I am giving a rating of 2/5 because I do not care for the scent and because of concern over the ingredients used.

Overall the fabric softener is rather average, to get things truly soft in hard water I have to use to rinse cycles and with this fabric softener. What I truly don't like about it is the bottle spout leave a wash load of product trapped in the bottle, its quite wasteful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells fantastic, left our laundry nice and soft (and fluffy). So far the smell has lasted about a week on the clothes, which I appreciate! The whole point of using this type of product is that the smell lingers on the fabric. Otherwise I'd just use dryer sheets for static prevention. I'm really satisfied with this product overall.
