[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since my husband and I live in a small condo our laundry room is a laundry closet (sorry but I tried to turn the picture) and it is part of our kitchen. The great thing about using Downey is that not only did our clothes come soft and really, really smelled fresh, but our whole apartment smelled wonderful. It seems that by using Downey I can use less that other watered down softeners, but the wonderful fresh scent is by far better than anything else I have ever used. What could be better than soft and scented!

But, the difference is this: This fabric enhancer helps clothes look newer, longer! My sweaters have less pills than usual AND they don't stretch out in strange ways. In fact, I actually save money because my clothes stay new-looking so much longer! And the scent of this product is basically what I associate with fresh clean laundry. It smells soooo good! I honestly don't think I will ever use another fabric softener ever again.

I never had used fabric softener, just a dryer sheet, and was very surprised what a difference it made. The clothes were dofter, and smelled very fresh. Since I just began using it a few weeks ago, I am not sure about the lack of color fade. But, fabric softener, you have gained a convert!

In my new job it is hard, working 12 hour days with mandatory overtime. It is very important to me to smell fresh around my co-workers. I was all excited when I got my Downy. This product worked well in my front end load washing machine. As I worked and my body heat turned up, a fresh scent still came from my clothes. They were soft and comfortable throughout the day. And were just as fresh as when I pulled them from the dryer! I recommend April Fresh Downy! Also my husband is allergic to other brands and this one is gentle enough that he doesn't break out! Awesome product!

I have used this for quite some time. I love the way it makes my clothes smell. It also makes my clothes extremely soft. I use it with the Downy ball and it's very easy to use. I received this to test for free, but all opinions are my own since I have also bought the product before receiving a free sample.

I couldn't get over how well it not only made my clothes smell, but my entire laundry room smelled of laundry freshness without being overpowering! After doing loads of laundry, including towels and sheets, I am so impressed with how soft the clothes are, as well! PLEASE RETURN THE ORIGANAL SCENT BACK TO APRIL FRESH THE NEW SCENT SMELLS NOTHING LIKE THE OLD SCENT AND IS A VERY HARSH SCENT, IM A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. WHEN I PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT I BUY OUT THE WHOLE SHELVE OF THEM . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD SCENT!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used a liquid fabric softener before so I really didn’t know what to expect but I honestly wasn’t expecting much. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! For starters, my clothes smelled so fresh and the fragrance was not overwhelming. My clothes actually felt softer as well, especially the towels. I also noticed that it did prevent static as well. I did not notice any difference in wrinkle reduction, pilling and fuzz, or color protection. I honestly wasn’t checking for those issues and it may just be too soon to tell. The only issue I had was that, with my washer, I had to use the Downy ball. The ball did not always drain properly but that was not an issue with the fabric softener itself.

I know a lot of people who can not take strong smells. Overall I would recommend this to my friends and family.
