I've switched to another brand of liquid softener since the transition from the original Downy, through the scent bead migration, and now what can only be described as a joke product April Fresh with fabric protect. Oh and it's no longer fabric softener, it's fabric conditioner. What a waste of marketing. Let's make Downy great again America! Also either bad programming or skewing, i gave this product the one star it does not deserve and my android is turning it into four. liars.

So...I was very interested to try out Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer. I've gotta tell you - I love this stuff! The big difference I noticed was the lack of static cling when I took the clothes out of the dryer. And the scent! I was worried it would be too floral, but it's not - it's a very fresh, neutral, pleasant fragrance. I also don't iron. Ever. I prefer to practice "dryer management", so I really like the fact that Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer works to reduce wrinkles. I haven't used it enough to tell you how well it helps preserve fabric colors and keep them bright, but that's a huge positive benefit to help extend the life of the clothes, and that is always good! If you are like me and never use fabric softener, I would encourage you to give Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer a try. It's made a convert out of me!

I love this product. It leaves my clothes smelling fresh and feeling soft. I would recommend this to anyone. The freshness lasts and you can still smell it days later. I got to try a sample of this free, but these are my own opinions, as I always buy Down products.

When I use Downy it makes my clothes so soft and smell so good. I never wash my clothes unless I use Downy. I use downy everyday when I wash clothes. I love that it doesn't take much Downy poured into your washing machine and still get the great benefits of soft and clothes smelling good. Downy has been my go to product. The smell, softness and control of static cling had been dependable. I recently been noticing static cling on my clothes that caused me to notice the fresh smell was not as pronounced (I could almost live with this). But having my clothes cling to me, no way. You Downy have thinned. Downy has tried to pull the rug over our eyes. I AM BUYING WATER? and in turn am flushing my $$ down the drain, because this product no longer works. Be the product we have trusted for decades. Your customers are smart and we have chosen to buy a quality product because we knew it worked, at times spending a little more then on a product that did not work as well. Now it doesn't, and you have tried to fool us the consumer. Shame on you! If you had improved your product you would have announced it in Bold letter on your packaging. When you thin your product do you announce NOT SO IMPROVED, WATER ADDED! NO. Bring the old Downy back. Keep your life long Downy user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love fabric softners in general but Downys New improved fabric conditioner is terrific. I have used the entire bottle already! It makes my clothes seem brighter and smell great. I used a clean towel that I had used downy on to dry my wet dog and I thought for sure that my towel would smell like wet dog when I was done but it actually still smelled like downy Which was amazing and a complete surprise. I would definitely use this product in the future!

I'd recommend ultra downy April fresh scented liquid fabric softener. I have purchased and have family that still bus this product but different scent. Downy is an awesome brand and keeps your clothes smelling amazinglyrics clean. I used it on my daughters clothes and she has not broken out with any rash from the Downy fabric softener. I will continue to b use it for my daughter and myself, because the quality is worth the price for it. I'd recommend this brand to everyone in search of a magnificent brand that gives you everything you're looking for in a fabric softener.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly have not been consistent with use of fabric softener so I was interested in what my impression would be of Downy April Fresh Laundry Enhancer. I have four kids so laundry is a constant in our home. I tried many thing to test Downy April Fresh Laundry Enhancer. I washed all my old towels that commonly smell musty after the first use. It did make a difference with them. They no longer smell bad after their first use and they are soft again. I did try to hang towels on the line but they still came in stiff so I rewashed them. The smell is fresh and clean but not overpowering. I am interested in how it helps to maintain colors after many washes. Overall, it did not knock my socks off but I was not disappointed either.

I have always loved the scent of freshly laundered clothes, and Downy keeps that wonderful aroma in my clothes even after they have been put away. My dressers and closets smell great. When I get dressed in something that was laundered several days ago, it still smells just as wonderful as when I laundered it.

These are my honest opinions and I was not paid for anything*** Downy although it is scented it didn’t break out their skin or cause any irritation. The smell is amazing. It’s just like the commercial. You just put the clothes up to your face and smell it. I know that when I wash my sheets I just fall face first on the bed. The sheets are still warm and the scent is amazing. It doesn’t stain clothes or anything. The little bottle Influenster put in the box was enough to last me like 10 loads. It wasn’t all that big. A small amount goes a very long way even in big loads. I know it might be hard to tell but everything feels a lot softer. I know for some stuff I have to air dry and they still feel soft even after they dry.
