Overall I did like this product but it did leave some of my clothes with a weird itchy feeling. But it could just be me. It made my clothes smell beautiful though.

My mother would wash my clothes and use Downy when I was a kid, and I use it today. It's all about the scent for me, I have a sentimental attachment to this product. My clothes have always been soft when using this so I assume it works well !

I'm usually not picky with fabric softeners but this is one of the best ones. I do think is a bit more pricey than other ones but it leaves the clothes smelling really good.

I like the scent of this. It makes my clothes smell so pretty like spring. It's not too strong as well! It also doesn't leave any stains or marks on my clothes which is very nice

The only softener I use. To me the smell is perfect it's almost addicting. I could smell it all day long. It does the job perfectly and goes well with any detergent I try. I would recommend obviously because it's all I use!

A nice subtle scent for a softener. Made my blankets nice and soft. Only complaint is the softener gets kind of clumpy sometimes which I am not a fan of.

This product leaves a blue tint no matter how much I dilute it. It leave everything smelling so good and feeling so soft but the blue is the only problem.

I have used it for 3 years. It makes my clothes soft and smell good. My mom loves it too. The packaging is simple and consistent. I like it and of course will buy it again.
