[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've run Michelin tires before and they were excellent durability and longevity. They gave exceptional road handling and traction in rain and dry conditions. I I ran the last set six years. What more can you ask of a tire. They still had good tread left. I would highly recommend Michelin tires to anyone.

Outstanding product

I own a 2024 Landcruiser and the OEM LXT Trail ties needed replacement. Replaced with the Defender LTX MS/2 and so much better of a tire. So much more stable and controlled ride. The tire is heavier than the LTX Trail and I did see a drop of about 3% in fuel economy - but that is a good trade off for the far superior drive performance.

Michelin tires are hard to beat, I just put the Defender LTX M/S2 on 2024 Ford Expedition...butter smooth and has performed great in the summer time thunderstorms / interstate travel. Over the years, I've had several sets from the LTX family on SUVs and Pick-ups...just can't say enough about them.

These are the only tires I will run on my truck. The last set went almost 80K. There is definitely a sense of pride when I look at these tires, knowing I made the right choice. As a retired professional driver I take tire safety very seriously. I tow a boat and two RVs and the Defenders give me peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the tires recently and probably still have to break them in. But so far my only concern has been the grip especially this time of year, with these slick roads. I've lost control a few times but 4WD has helped reel some of that traction back in. But they are pretty quiet, and there was an immediate improvement as far as driving on the highway, breaking, and steering etc. Other than the poor winter performance, I felt they provided one of the most comfortable and smoothest driving experiences, initially.

The ride on these tires are rough! not comfortable at all. Very different compared to the original defender ltx m/s which I still have in my wife's car. Bought these tires thinking they were the same.... NOPE not even close. Not to mention they are hard to balance. Need to "road force" balancer to get them right. The only attributes I can say is that they handle pretty good and they are not bad in the rain. BUT since the ride quality is atrocious, then the good not matter no more. Do yourself a favor and go get some Continentals.

Installed on 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 and had terrible vibration and bouncing. Balanced 4 times and last was road force balanced. NO CHANGE!!! Shop replaced and new tires are just as bad. BUYER BEWARE. Shop has tried to make it right but they are the one losing due to bad Michelin tires.
