I bought this for my Mom's birthday and the bouquet arrived on time and very fresh. Some flowers seemed a bit limpy but once she put them into water they recovered quickly. She loved the little wooden gift tag and the packaging. This made her day!!

The flowers were fresh and fragrant, and the vase was beautiful. The medallion was supposed to read "Happy Birthday" but was "Congrats" instead. Nevertheless, the order arrived one day late (this was for a birthday) despite the FedEx website saying that it would be delivered on the promised date. A message was received at 5:02 AM the next day saying that the delivery was late (fairly obvious at that point). Sam's Club customer service offered a whopping $5 refund and, when I pushed back, they offered $10. I said okay to that. Overall, I have ordered flowers for delivery from Sam's Club several times in the past and will definitely continue to do so.
