My meats come out juicy and don't dry out, my vegetables steam perfectly and everything tastes fantastic. The best part about it is that it's so much easier and quicker than using the actual oven. I absolutely can not wait to try the dehydrate setting! There really isn't much this thing can't cook and I fully intend on trying everything.

I usually don't need to add any extra cooking time to anything made in it so far. Its very versatile with its variety of cooking modes. Every thing from meats to steamed veggies can be made in no time. I think its small but it actually cooks a lot of food at once. Definitely doesn't take up a lot of counter top apace. Very easy to clean as well.Very well made. Great quality all around.

Wow I was wrong, my first meal was chicken burrito bowls in Rapid cook function. I used my own chicken marinade, but followed the instructions. 25 minutes and dinner was done! The rice was a little watery still so I let it set while I chopped the chicken up, that did the trick. Cleanup required NO scrubbing! Ninja's Speedi Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer has made quite a difference for cooking meals in our house. We were looking for an Air Fryer and thought we'd try the Speedi with the Rapid Cooker capability as well. It's simple to use, it's quick and clean up couldn't be easier.  There was no assembly needed and we didn't need to spend a lot of time reading an instruction manual before we could use the machine. We just took it out of the box, cleaned the pot and the crisper tray, flipped through the quick start guide and we were ready to start cooking. Appreciate the recipes they provide and love that you can cook an entire meal in the same pot. We've been using the Air Fryer setting more than anything else and have made pork chops, turkey burgers, veggies and potatoes. Also love the ‘Steam', ‘Bake/Roast' and the ‘Sous Vide' settings. The controls are simple…set the switch to ‘Air Fry' or ‘Rapid Cooker', use the arrows to select the cooking method, temperature and cooking time and then press Start. You can open the lid to mix or check your food and then it restarts once you close it. Clean-up is a snap…just place the pot and crisper tray in the dishwasher. It's like having a 2nd oven and allows me to cook more things at one time. Wish we had found this sooner!!

This was my first air fryer so I was a bit hesitant at first. I did my research and decided to go with the Ninja Speedi and I am so glad I did. I can cook just about anything with it and it's very easy to use and clean. It is about the size of a typical crock pot so you will need some counter space for it but definitely well worth it.
