Convenient Can be used on small regular hamburger buns. I usually smash them down making them larger in diameter good for portion control. Sometimes I mash 2 patties together. High moisture and grease content. Still good flavor and easy to use.

I'm really picky about my hamburger meat and hesitated to buy these. I normally buy from a local butcher, but the blend of meat for these sounded intriguing. I'm so glad I took a chance. I like the sliders for making smash burgers.

We had a party of 30 kids and adults. When you start having 11 year olds start telling you how great there burger is without any prompting, you’ve accomplished something.

Good quality for the price and the kids love the little burgers. When I have guests over and we cook we have mini burgers and the guests love them. Out of all the food I prepare for the event this one is always gone.

Well, for one I was @mazed to find out they make these little so called sliders out of the round packages of meat, they just cut it up… save your money buy the round loaf!

These sliders were a hit with brioche buns, and delicious flavor. They cook perfectly, don’t shrink much beyond their current size, and are perfectly portioned.

This is my 2nd purchase. There was quite a bit more fat than my last purchase, and no added oil needed to fry. The inconsistencies between purchases are concerning. Prime rib sliders? The price also increased .50 per #.

This party tends to shrink in size a little so before cook is recommended to press it a little more to have a bigger diameter before cooking so you can end up with a prefect size for the mini bun.
