I don't buy ground beef very often. I buy a large piece of beef and grind it. These looked so good I couldn't resist. These sliders are delicious. One is the perfect size for me for lunch on a small bun with toppings. I individually freeze them and defrost one when I want one to eat. And I have plenty on hand if a crowd shows up. Okay, these are delicious and easy sliders. A little salt, pepper, and garlic then slap them on the grill. OR . . . Take these bad boys to the griddle and smash burger them. Put two on a bun with cheddar cheese for a delightful double cheeseburger! Will become a favorite for you too!

I was surprised at the value for these and surprised also how lean they cooked up. A different taste and texture for sliders than regular ground hamburger.

Has a lot a fat pieces and shrinks up significantly when cooking. Meat also came from the tubed package they sell because one of burgers had the sealed end making on it. This is not fresh ground.

Sam's Club used to have premade hamburger patties and they don't anymore so I bought these. I probably will not purchase again. Way too many for just my husband and I and I have to buy the special buns which. I froze a number of these along with the buns. We'll see how the buns turn out when I defrost them.

These little sliders are ok but do not replace the nice hamburger patties sold in the past. Those would have received the highest rate possible, while these we have to repackage into 2 or 3 to obtain a regular size patty. Please bring the patties back!
