Good flavor and like the size. Great for feeding multiple people. However, I would love it if Member's Mark could include instructions on how to cook the Prime Rib Ground Beef Sliders, because some of us are not grillers, and I didn't know the best way to cook these. I'm not into frying things so went the oven route, and they were probably not as tender as they could have been. The oven was a quick, and less mess way for me to cook.

These burgers were not as advertised. "These miniature patties are pre-formed ... without the need of prep work". Looking at the package and this description you would think they would all be the same size. Not true! I had pulled three or four patties out of the package when I discovered some were about half as thick as the others. Started weighing patties and discovered they ran from 2oz to 3.5oz. In order to have these cook in the same amount of time I had to weigh each patty and add or subtract beef as needed. I made 3oz patties and ended up with 15 patties instead of 18. As far as flavor, we cooked them on the grill and really enjoyed them, particularly on the "Member's Mark Sliced Brioche Slider Buns", which were excellent.

These are so good but OMG there is so much grease. I use an electric griddle because it's so big, and I have to cover the counter and anything on it. The drip tray ends up with a half inch of grease at the end. But man they are delicious. I even found full size burgers once.

I've been buying these sliders and the full size burgers for a couple of years. I have never been disappointed. The flavor is exceptional. No excess water or fat cooks out like regular hamburger. The price between the ground prime rib and the regular hamburger is so small, it's worth it. I'll never go back to the regular.

I like the slider idea, but they need to package it for people that may not use it all at once, but over a period of time. Please put a heavy duty piece of parchment or wax paper between the 2 layers of burgers. This allows folks that are not always hosting parties to grab a couple off the top when frozen. currently, you have a weak thin piece of individual paper between the top and bottom burger. When you pull it out currently, they stick to each other and the styrofoam! You have slider buns that almost match PERFECTLY so they can be frozen as well and pulled apart as needed. I believe it would be a simple change that would make a big impact on your customers. Until then I will have to pull them apart as soon as I buy them and re-package them, which is never ideal with raw meat. Thank you.

Yummy and just the right size for a quick meal. I take one of these, squish it down into my skillet, turn when needed, and when done insert it into a bun. I don't have to goa fast food joint for a quick fix of a hamburger, as I do get cravings for them. Just add salt, pepper, and whatever spice you like, and you'll have a burger within 10 minutes. I love these.

I bought these a couple weeks ago. Took each one and flattened it sandwiched between sheets of parchment paper -- then froze them. Took them to work for lunch and cooked them in the toaster oven -- these are really delicious with just salt and pepper!

The regular ground beef is so much better than this. I bought them because I figured the meat would be higher quality and they would make my life simpler since the patties were already formed. But they were too firmly packed and the meat lacked moisture and flavor.

These are very delicious, we came in to the store and was able to try these. We bought a pack and made them like they did at the store, used a sweet Hawaiian roll, added the meat and cheese and that’s all. So full of flavor, and these little sliders are now a favorite of my families!

These little sliders are PERFECT for the carnivore diet! I rewrap them in smaller packages and freeze and take out when needed. After I season them up with salt and hamburger seasoning (Yes people they need seasoning) I cook them in the air fryer. Extremely tastey and very satisfying. Definitely a regular on my shopping list.
