Shoddy Quality Control

Several of the holes for this assembly were not drilled out, requiring me to drill them out. Although not a big deal if you have a drill and bits, this should have been take care during manufacture.

Product never delivered twice. No explanation.

I ordered this product before Thanksgiving and was to be delivered 11/29. No show and no explanation. I called customer service and they had no explanation either so they had me reorder the product. This time it was to be delivered 12/7. Same problem. No show and no explanation. I called customer service and again they had no idea either. I'm waiting for my refund which should be here in 5 to 7 days.
