These pans bake cookies evenly without burning bottoms. It took 3 shipments though until I got both sets without dents or scratches but worth the trouble to get replacements.

Much bigger than the average size cookie sheet. Many uses. Not just for baking. Carrying meats to grill. Carrying food, drinks & or snacks all at once to a table. Building up a ginger cookie house with your children or grandchildren containing the mess. Many, many uses.

These are the perfect size for a normal-sized oven. I use them with parchment paper to make clean-up easy.

If you are fortunate enough to get an undented shipment, this would be a superior baking sheet. It is very heavy duty, and the XL size fits my oven with enough room left for heat to circulate satisfactorily. I purchased this with the intent to roast larger quantities of vegetables or prepare one-sheet pan meals, though cookies will be another great task for this tool. I deducted one star for quality control because of the minor dent, which is noticeable but not worth the return and reorder because it is in the outer margin of the pan. Still, this should be a concern of any vendor.
