Amazing!

The grill was only available to me online and it took longer to ship than I cared for.  Then as I attempted to assemble the grill, it was machined so poorly that none of the parts would align.  I had to box up 60+ pieces back into the box (not an easy task) and ship it back.  The 2nd grill took just as long to ship, but this time it was missing parts.  I got to step #4 before having to stop.  Luckily the part was in-stock, but SH was unwilling to expedite the part - even after all my issues.  I'm still waiting to use my grill for the 1st time, so maybe I'll end up changing this review - but until I get the darn thing assembled this experience is all I can share.

Hopefully its worth it!

We bought it for my brother in law and he is in love with it! It has a lot of amazing features and it's very easy to use. Also the process of buying it was super smooth and easy. Even when discovering we had a missing piece, sams club glaring help us find another piece to replace it. Will buy again!
