Had some trouble getting the heat up in the grill part using the smoker. We are truly enjoying learning to grill.

Received a couple of weeks ago, finally had time to put together, easy directions to follow was done in 2.5 hours

My husband loves it. It's a beautiful grill and it's multipurpose. You can't beat the price for the value. Very impressed.

Good grill setup for the price. Handles had rust on them right out of the box. Waiting on new ones. Cooks well though.

Took time to assemble, but two uses later totally worth it. Everything you could ask for and meals grilled to perfection.

I have an older model, 2014 If you take care of your grill it will last many years and stay seasoned! Im just now needing to replace it after 10+ years!

gas grill side is completly rusted out after a year. I kept it covered and under a covered deck. Cant find a number for smoke hollow anywhere to call in a complaint

Is good for the money. I would preferred to buy it already built. It's come all apart. Thanks to my husband and my brother in law for the patient to but this grill together.

I've had this grill for a couple years now and I still very much enjoy it. The only maintenance I've done is replace the battery in the igniter. I love the option of gas or charcoal. I do recommend buying the grill cover, worth the extra few bucks.

Bought this 1 month ago. We have used it a lot. The gas grill nice and convenient. We have not used the charcoal grill, but have used the smoker. The heat is easily controlled. We love the grill! Great for the money!
