There's something about wanting am easy and quick mac and cheese every now and then. Especially this liquid gold! I do like to add stuff to it to make it extra. I add shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheeses and pieces of bacon. I've tried the version that comes with bacon, but I prefer to make my own bacon pieces. I also add a pinch of cayenne pepper and a few grinds of black pepper.
