wasn’t good

I don’t like the shape of the gallon. And it’s hard to pour out of it

Jug needs improved

The milk was fine but I didn’t care for the jug.

new bottle design needed

Good milk, great price. Don't much care for the bottle design. We are having a harder and harder time unscrewing the caps. The cap on the last several are so low it's hard to get off... Two of us tried, finally the third got it off, but not easily... We got one the other day with no seal. I returned it... At times the seal is very difficult to remove.

Milk 1%

The milk inside the jug is just fine. My review is more about the jug. Yes, it's an odd shape to get used to. After my first gallon, I was good to go. You just have to be more aware when pouring. Years ago I watched a documentary about packaging and how we pay extra for convenience. The standard milk jug was one of those things. I'm certain by using this design Sam's Club is able to get the milk to us a little cheaper. The average adult should be able to use the bottle just fine. I think it wouldn't be user-friendly for arthritic hands or for households with kids under 10.

Spoiled Milk

I had the same problem a few times in a row so decided to write a review. Milk spoils at least 3 days before the best by date on the jug. Went to use some last night to cook dinner and it poured out in big chunks. This has happened multiple times lately and I'm not sure what the issue is with the milk at Sam's club.

Very lousy lid!!

I’m 76 and have arthritis in my hands so trying to OPEN this ridiculous lid is a joke!! I just end up knocking my knuckles on the raised handle!! Please, designers, go back to your drawing boards. The MILK inside is fine, however. Anyway— is this lid supposed to keep children OUT?? Milk is ONE thing that I wanted my kids to get INTO!!!!

Good price but....

Can someone enlighten me as to how to open these things? I couldn't pull the seal off by hand, so I used a pair of pliers and ripped the tab off in the process. The only way to open these bottles is to pry them open with a knife risking cutting yourself and having fragments of the tab fall into the milk. Why do they make these so hard to get into? Don't tell me for safety, because gagging on pieces of the "safety tab" is just as bad.
