Used to love the bagels here, but recently have been disappointed. Bought both blueberry and cinnamon raisin and both were odd. “Dense” is how they are described and I love a good solid bagel, but these seemed under proofed/underbaked and were actually gummy. They were also bland, like they forgot to add salt. I like bagels untoasted or toasted, but untoasted, they are inedible, toasted, they were just disappointing. They have changed since the last time I bought them; I likely will not risk it again unless they appear to have changed back to the old recipe. Tried to post a picture to show the texture but was thwarted by the server…

Fine for regular bagels, but definitely needed more blueberries if you are going to call them blueberry bagels.
