I have been suffering from back pain for years and had back surgery 2 yrs ago. Before I got my new Tempur-Pedic Mattress I dreaded having to lay down on anything as they would only exacerbate my back pain and even after taking my pain meds I would be up all night in terrible pain. Now that I have my Temper-Pedi Mattress I am able to finally get a good night sleep. I so look forward to laying on it that it has become my favorite place to relax. I never thought that I would ever feel this comfortable again. I am a happy camper now.

We purchased the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and after a couple nights of adjusting to a new bed we have been sleeping better than we ever have!!! Our hips and back no longer hurt and we wake up in the morning refreshed! This bed is well worth every penny and our only regret is we were not able to get this bed sooner. Thank you!

I'm very disappointed, because the people who worked here told me that the medium hybrid would work for my height and weight as a side sleeper. I am 5"3 and 135 pounds for reference. My hips are very sore as I'm building up pressure points and I can feel the supporting layers underneath. This bed is way too firm for a side sleeper of my side. I wake up every day with a sore back sore ,sides and sore hips . I toss and turn all night long and have very bad sleep. I will say though it's not hot and it does not feel like you're on a heater or anything like that, I'm not a hot sleeper though so I'm not really sensitive to that. But that is only plus side I can think of. Unless you're a bigger person I warn you to not get this if you are a petite side sleeper, it is extremely firm and so uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how comfortable this mattress is. I had trouble sleeping because of tossing, turning, and being uncomfortable on my old mattress. The first night I slept on this mattress, I drifted off. I have been having fewer sleep disturbances and less back pain, and I notice I don't toss and turn to get into a comfortable position to fall asleep. I am so happy I chose the Pro-adapt Hybrid mattress and could get a decent night's sleep.

Sleeping on this mattress is a dream. I can't believe how comfortable it is. I no longer toss and turn all night and find myself sleeping in the same position all night. But, I still find it too warm. I think if I had the extra grand, I would get the Breeze line.

I'm amazed how at how well I sleep on our Tempur-pedic! I have shoulder and sciatica issues; and I no longer wake up stiff and sore. It took a couple of weeks for my body to adjust, but that is expected whenever getting a new mattress. I now sleep so sound, no longer waking up every couple of hours to change position due to discomfort like I did with a different brand of memory foam mattress.

It's a very comfortable bed. It took some adjusting. I would wake with sore shoulders but I was warned about the break in period. I now don't wake to sore shoulders. We do have an adjustable base. I get hot sleeping and this bed isn't a cool temperature bed. The dense foam holds heat. We have an upgraded mattress pad that's suppose to help but I still run hot. Keep in mind I live in MN and it was winter when I bought it. My wife even said she gets warm. I think I'm going to buy the mattress protector the sales man said people complained about being too cold. Great mattress but holds heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic has been an end all. An exceptionally satisfying experience. Knowing I no longer have to look for a better mattress is calming. I'm getting the sleep I want and need. Waking up without aches and pains as most of us experience as we age, is such a bonus. This mattress just envelopes you with support. I love not thinking about how tired I am each morning. Tempur-Pedic completed my search in a very rewarding offer of comfort.

Nice mattress, and I love the removable cover. I do not recommend the firm mattress if you turn in your sleep or sleep on your side often. I wake with a stiff spine and sore shoulder and hip joints if I cannot remain on my back all night. It's decently comfortable although it is not what I expected.

We ordered our split king pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress and adjustable base from a local distributor of tempurpedic products. The delayed delivery was over 4 weeks. We were told to expect the delivery the following week, however the wait time was over 4 weeks. We were never informed of the delay. and we did not get any communication from anyone about the delay. This delay and lack of communication was very disappointing . The mattress was set by our delivery person and that process was fine. He showed us how to use the remotes and explained the adjustable base to us. The biggest problem was the smell from the bed. After approximately 3 days my husband stated waking up with a head ache and dizziness. The longer he was out of bed the better his headache became. I did not have this problem, however the smell is very strong and irritating. We have been airing the bed daily and trying to tolerate the smell. We have been sleeping on the bed about 2 weeks. The mattress definitely feels much different than a traditional mattress. When I get into bed, I feel like I am sinking into the mattress and it seems to be hard to roll over during the night. My husband does not complain about this issue. Overall, the mattress is ok. For the price that we paid, I was expecting to fall in love with the bed, but I did not. My husband seems satisfied and states he is sleeping better. So for us, I don't think we would purchases this product again. We are still within the 90 day return window and have not decided if we will return. We also considered a sleep number bed.
