Our 7 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress was failing and we were not sleeping well. Customer Service directed me to their warranty qualifications. We were granted a new mattress via email within 2 days of submitting the warranty requirements. Our new mattress was delivered in 2 weeks as promised. Customer service was awesome. Because warranties usually have loop holes, we were prepared to purchase a new mattress. In fact, we had been shopping and were very close to making a competitor's purchase. I am so glad I made the phone call to Tempur-Pedic. We choose the firm. Although we thought the firm was a bit too firm, we slept 10 hours straight that first night without tossing and turning. We overslept (by 3 hours!), we were late for work, and it was worth it. The firm proved to be perfect.

I now do not feel my wiggle worm husband move around all night or getting in and out of bed. The edges are firm so you don't feel like you're sliding out the edge of the bed when getting out. The two mattresses stay in place with no problems. There is a split between the mattresses but barely noticeable. It is a little more effort to make but only because we have separate twin sheets so wiggle worm doesn't pull mine off all night. Be are both stomach sleepers so the firm mattress supports us in that position. Best night sleep I've gotten in years other than moving to another room when he kept waking me up! Make sure you try out firmness levels at a local store if you're ordering online.

After a mattress we had for 2 years and another we tested out for a couple months my pain has gone away with my Tempur pedic mattress almost instantly. I was having restless nights and now sleep like a baby. I am so happy with my purchase! Also bought the pillows and my husband and I love them as well.

The comfort level far surpasses any mattress that I've slept on or tried in recent years. It relieves the pressure points in my body overnight and I wake up feeling refreshed. You definitely fall asleep faster in my personal opinion. The only negative would be the price as they are quite expensive, but they will work with you to divide the payments.

I needed an adjustable bed for myself due to a neck/back injury. I was sleeping in a motorized recliner because it was the only thing comfortable enough for me to sit or lie on for any length of time. my husband was already sleeping in a recliner due to his sinuses; he was unable to lie flat because sinuses would clog up, so he had already been in a recliner for several years. finally, we made the plunge and looked at adjustable beds. We selected the Tempur-pedic Pro-adapt with individual adjustable bases and it has been a life-saver. My husband is back in the bed after nearly 5 years because he can incline the back, and it adjusts perfectly for me as well. Initially, we both thought the Tempur-pedic mattress was going to be too hard, but after you lie on it for a few seconds your body just sinks into the mattress until it perfectly fits your contour and it feels AWESOME!! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that has back or neck problems, sinus issues, or acid reflux. It is truly amazing. Not the cheapest thing, but worth every penny!!

I was shopping around in stores for the perfect mattress when I tried the Tempur ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. As soon as I laid down on the store mattress, I knew this was the one. I've had this mattress for about a month and it's been amazing. The mattress is the perfect balance of firm and soft that I was looking for. I have a lot of pain in my hips and this mattress really has been helping out with that. If you're looking for a perfectly balanced mattress, this is it.

This is the first new bed my husband has every slept on. He is almost 50 years old and has only had hand me down or used mattresses his whole life. I finally convinced him to slurge on a new bed. This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! The mattress is definitely made of some heavy duty material. I love how it conforms to my body and just basically holds me in place! After sleeping on this bed for about a week, I have noticed a significant difference in how much I wake up in the middle of the night! At first, my back kind of hurt because I stayed in one spot all night, so I felt stiff... but the more I use it, my body is getting used to it! I also love how it has a removable and washable cover on it! This mattress is absolutely wonderful! I'd completely recommend it to anyone considering it!!

Glad that we replaced our memory foam mattress with the Temper Pedic. Once you get used to this style of sleep product, it is the most restful night if sleep you get. No sore joints or back and no you don't wake up when a partner gets out of bed or moves around. So glad we got this mattress!
