[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and son in law bought this mattress first and all I heard was rave reviews so I purchased the same one. I'm so satisfied. A quality mattress is worth the money. I'm sleeping so good and that was not the story prior to my purchase.

This bed is a lifesaver! We were worried about purchasing a bed online and with the pandemic, not able to go to a store a lay on it, gave me anxiety. After many months of researching we finally decided on the Tempur-ProAdapt Firm. Purchasing online was easy and customer service was great with all our questions about delivery protocol. When they delivered they wore masks, gloves and booties! Took our old mattress away and all the packaging! The first night was the best sleep I have had in years! The bed is cool, firm and contouring. Firm but not too firm. I was having a ton of lower back/hip pains with our old bed. We have had our Tempur-ProAdapt bed for two months now and I am still getting restful pain free sleep.

I tried in store, was very comfortable. When this was delivered much to hard. I gave it 4 weeks. Would awake with back pain. They did pick up mattress but had to pay for foundation. $400. They wanted me to pay for shipping but explained I was having to take a day off work to be home. So they did let me out off shipping charge

Being in the same room as it... impossible not to be drawn to it and lay down in the bliss of tempur-comfort! Combined with the Ease Base and watch out, you'll never want to be anywhere but bed again. Five stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Tempur - Pro Adapt mattress & Ergo Power Base a little over a month ago. I have back issues - no more sleepless nights! Sleeping like a baby with slight elevation at both ends. I was concerned the mattress would be too firm. Sure glad we purchased firm as it works for my wife and my self. Should have gone this route years ago.

I can not tell you how much this bed has improved my quality of life. It is the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. I wake up feeling well rested and refreshed. What felt like an extremely expensive luxury, is now totally worth every cent, and I couldn't imagine living without it.

I thought I knew what I was going to get my self into which this type of mattress but I had no idea it was going to change my sleep so drastically. The first day I slept in this mattress I did not toss and turn at all. My back does not hurt anymore and I don't feel tired when I wake up. This was a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried this mattress, I couldn't believe how firm it was. My wife had the same reaction. We both like a firm mattress, and I especially need one because of lower back problems, but this was a new level of firm. Yet sleeping and watching TV on this mattress is as comfortable as I've been on a mattress. It's firm but not hard, if that makes sense.

Do not trust all of the 5 star reviews. We ordered the tempur-pedic pro adapt adjustable bed split-king on Nov 28 2025 and have not received it despite being charged in full at the time of order $4,900. Sam's help center has been ineffective mostly because you have to speak with call centers in India and the Phillipines. Despite being elevated to corporate and given an incident report more than once, it is now Mar 3 2026 and still no hope it getting the product we paid for. Sam's Synchrony CC only gives a partial credit for disputes and clearly doesn't have any connection to Sam's order status. On January 12, they delivered a TwinXL and removed our King mattress making our master bed extremely difficult to share (impossible of course). Good luck if you order this product. We have been Sam's club business members for decades which doesn't matter. we have given Sam's due diligence to help resolve this incident with no results

Our split king ProAdapt was our Christmas gift to ourselves in 2019. I was completely satisfied when it first arrived and I'm still sleeping soundly a year later. Also, I'm 300lbs and there hasn't been any change in the shape of the mattress at all. That's a first for me and makes the investment that much better!
