Originally ordered the Cloud online and then cancelled and upgraded to the Adapt pro med-hybrid. We also got a smart base. It took forever for one order to get cancelled and updated. Further more, we never received our $300 special package(protector, sheets, pillows). With the money we spend on these products, a 3-5 day window for email correspondence is absolutely absurd.

The Pro Adapt soft is not what I would call soft. It is firm with a little hug to your body. Easy to turn over in. The cooling gel center doesn't really help a lot when having a hot flash, but the mattress doesn't sleep hot. We have only been sleeping on this for a month. My shoulder would hurt after sleeping, not any more. They tell us it will get softer. I think it will be 5 stars then.

My boyfriend and I had recently moved to a new apartment and had our mattress damaged during the moving process. We needed a mattress and fast! We tried every mattress in the store and could not find something we liked until on our way out we laid down on the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. It was like no other mattress in the store! It was extremely comfortable, minimal to no motion transfer, and the best support. After going to about 5 different mattress stores and laying down on over 75 beds we returned to purchase the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. We have had this mattress for a month now and I have had the best sleep ever. My back feels amazing when I wake up in the morning, I can't feel my partner move around in the middle of the night, and I never want to leave my bed. If anyone has trouble deciding if they want this mattress based on the price, it will be worth every penny! I will forever be sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress! Also don't forget to purchase a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows to go with this amazing bed.

I really hate to give a poor review but I just cannot get a good night's sleep on this mattress. I wake with aches and pains every morning and some mornings with a headache. I do not feel rested because I toss and turn throughout the night. I made the mistake of purchasing the mattress from somewhere other than Tempur-Pedic and cannot get them to honor the exchange/refund process that Tempur-Pedic provides. Highly recommend that Tempur-Pedic sell their own mattress in order to allow customers to utilize the exchange/refund which keeps customers happy even if they are not happy with the mattress.

My husband and I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and box springs 9+ years ago. Recently we started having problems with the mattress sagging. I called the company and they couldn't have been better! Their service was extraordinary! They far exceeded my expectations! Everything they said and did was perfect! I am so excited to have found truly great service in today's world! Purchased the split cal king and works well as my husband adjusts his side very often whereas I don't. Easier than I thought to change the sheets. Going from a queen bed to cal king also made the difference. Customer service and sales person very helpful and kind.

I was having pressure point pain for years on my old mattress. From night one, my pain was eliminated. My husband was skeptical and wasn't as excited as me, but one week in he admitted it was the best mattress he's ever slept on. I love the fact that you don't feel your partner moving during the night. Nothing bad to say about this mattress . Best purchase I've ever made!

I never knew sleep felt so good until my Tempur experience. Got a Split King with a ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and the ProAdapt Soft. Talking about the best of both worlds. Now all I want to do is sleep! I alternate sleeping on each and discovered that I like the hybrid better, but I wouldn't trade either for the world. Tremendous relief from my chronic back pain. Did I tell you about the Ergo Smart Base? A must-have for your Tempurpedic mattress. I got one with the SleepTracker. Amazing! No more bumping into things with the smart lighting. Unlimited adjustable positions, plus the presets. I haven't even started to use the massage. The daily sleep tracker reports is the icing on the cake. Didn't realize my sleep quality was that great. Bottom line, I will not sleep on anything else.

This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. I'm 6'3" at 215 lbs this mattress holds it's shape and keeps me sleeping all night long. The order process was a little confusing. I was searching to set up a delivery date, but couldn't find one. I wish the website told that you will be emailed in a few days during the purchase process to set up a delivery date. This message isn't sent to you for a couple of days after purchase. The delivery was very quick and efficient. Highly recommend buying through Tempurpedic.com directly.

We had a mattress for a year but it was very uncomfortable. We upgraded to the Tempurpedic ProAdapt and have been much happier. As I write this we have been using this mattress for nearly a year. It's just envelopes you in the perfect way . . .now if we could just find pillows that we love as much as our mattress.
