I was waking up feeling like I had been hit by a truck. My neck, back, and hip would hurt so bad I started seeing a chiropractor twice week for the past six months! I purchased this mattress and my body doesn't feel sore, stiff and in pain anymore! I get a great nights sleep now I feel refreshed and recharged for the day ahead! I wish I had made this purchase a long time ago. I can't believe I tortured myself for so long sleeping on that old mattress! I am a customer for life!!!

The delivery was excellent. I have had TEMPUPEDIAC beds for the last 15 years. The product is as expected. The out gassing process (smell) was quick, only a week. I got the medium hybrid thinking it would be between medium and firm. It is not as firm as I would like but comfortable.

Despite a delay in delivery, our mattress has turned out to be what we wanted. We went for the firm, which is similar to the conventional mattress we replaced, that was nearly 20 years old. It did take a couple nights to get used to the fact that it was actually firm (with reasonable give), but now after a month we are both sleeping well. Because we both tend to sleep in multiple positions, back, side and prone, I'm pleased that it seems accommodating to any position.

Husband and I both have bad backs, but apparently have grown to thrive on our 11 year old Tempurpedic, which was firm initially, but with constant use by us and two large dogs had apparently became a bit less firm. Our mistake was not going to the store to try the mattresses. When my husband finally did go he received quality advice from the sales person, thus making the decision to exchange the firm ProAdapt twin mattress for a second Medium ProAdapt. Tempurpedic was more than sympathetic and helpful. Their 90 day exchange policy is more than fair. I have lower back problems and painful joints. I haven't been able to sleep on my back in years. Sleeping on my side was the only way I could sleep, but the hip on the side I was sleeping would begin to hurt, so I would be woken up and have to switch sides. This would go on all night, so I had poor sleep. This has all changed now that we have the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid bed!! I can sleep on my back or my sides without pain!! I will never get anything else and highly recommend its purchase!!!
