We purchased this mattress after trying it out at the store and reading great reviews on it, my wife is a back and side sleeper and I'm a stomach sleeper and the salesperson highly recommended it. I have always had the standard plush pillow tops and never had an issue but we decided to try one of these out and it was a huge mistake. For stomach sleepers your lower back sinks into the mattress and cause the most uncomfortable sleep and lower back pain when you wake up. For back and side sleepers I'm sure this mattress works wonders but if you're a stomach sleeper I would highly recommend switching your sleeping position or find a compromise on a standard mattress with your significant other, this one is going back and getting exchanged for a standard pillow top again.

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. This is our first Tempur-Pedic mattress after using other popular brands. None of the other mattresses provided the firm support as this Tempur-pedic. It is impressive how one of us can move around or roll over and the other person feel no bounce or disturbance. It is such a solid feeling mattress. We can sit on the side of the mattress and it doesn't collapse. We both agree we are sleeping better, more soundly, and better rested. It is the best ever.

We bought a queen size mattress because that's what fit into our existing furniture. The edge support is poor so you can't sleep close to the edge. That makes a queen size feel smaller than it actually is. The mattress is also warm. We were supposed to get a cooling mattress pad and pillows but they've been on backorder for 3 weeks.

I'm 57 years old and for 25 years I woke up with lower back pain, literately had to grab my knee to get out of bed every single morning. I accepted that it was just going to be that way the rest of my life. My wife talked me into this mattress and i hesitantly went for it. In retrospect, the best move I ever made. Back pain completely gone the first night. It is amazing to wake up and not be in pain. Worth every penny!!

I have been sleeping on a firm mattress my entire 60+ years, as that was told me to be "good for my back". But for the past year my hips and shoulders were aching all day, and I woke multiple times through the night. My family referred me to the Tempurpedic, and suggested a soft mattress. After just 1 night's sleep, I have no aches and pains. I now sleep through the night, every night, and wake up feeling refreshed and energetic.

When i got into bed the first night, it felt a little firmer than I remembered from the store trial. I vaguely remember saying, "Oh darn, I hope we didn't make a big mis-zzzzzzzzzz...". About eight hours later, I woke up, fully refreshed and feeling better than I had for ten years. Getting out of bed was easier also, without the usual sore and stiff spots.

We have had our new Pro-adapt hybrid mattress for about a month. It is unbelievable how much better our bodies feel when we wake up each day. The mattress is very comfortable and we do not wake up in the middle of the night as we did often with our old mattress. The mattress is somewhat expensive but well worth it if you want to feel better each day!

The mattress is definitely made of some heavy duty material. I love how it conforms to my body and just basically holds me in place! After sleeping on this bed for about a week, I have noticed a significant difference in how much I wake up in the middle of the night! At first, my back kind of hurt because I stayed in one spot all night, so I felt stiff... but the more I use it, my body is getting used to it! I also love how it has a removable and washable cover on it! This mattress is absolutely wonderful! I'd completely recommend it to anyone considering it!!
