I generally like the Chefman products I have bought and used. love the electric gooseneck kettle and use it daily. However, after several months of use, I found it sitting in a puddle of water on my counter this morning, because it has begun leaking at the bottom of the handle. This is a huge disappointment. Now, I will find out how much I like the Chefman warranty process.

Heats up water fast. Perfect size is not so big. Looks cute on the counter.

My second Chefman. The first lasted years so I bought another, a more expensive model with better features. I expect to love it too!

Works great for making tea at the various temperatures. Has a stay warm function that works well too.

Heats fast. Multiple temperature settings.. Sound notification when activated and temperature achieved.

It is amazing - it heats your water to the correct temperature for what you are brewing - and does it so wonderfully.

Perfect for small spaces, less chance of burning, heats up quicker than my previous electric kettle and stove kettle different settings too

Work as advertised out of the box. Now I can make nice pour-overs. The quantity is a little bit small, but I guess this kettle is more for making drinks cut by cup

With the individual temperature buttons you can be sure you're getting the best results for your tea. But you also have varieties on how hot you want your water so you're not restricted to just lukewarm or boiling hot. I love it!!!
