Fair to say we've had no serious problems to date purchasing gift cards . Very poor luck with hardline purchases online particularly within the past six months.

I just happened to get on Sams website and saw this great deal. $37.50 for $50.00, great deals. 25 percent savings, plus it gives me an excuse to go out to eat. LOL

Bought these for my mother. When she got them she informed me that they are closing the Steak 'n Shakes in her area (St. Louis). There was no notice, just bam, she went to go to one that has been there since she was a teen and it is now closed.

Dont do it. Sams Club has been no help when Fedex lost the package. You have to wait 14 business days to file a claim. And even after that they can deny a refund or replacement leaving you without a product and out money. Its unfortunate will not be renewing my membership due to terrible customer service.

Very difficult to use; Steak N Shake HELP support and their Facebook page didn't help in anyway on how to use these cards with Phone Order or via their own App on Android or thru the Drive-thru. Only easy way to use is to go to the local store and pay for the food via these cards. Attempt to reach local restaurant manager didn't help either!

WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS THERE IS A $1.50 A MONTH CHARGE IF YOU DON'T USE THESE CARDS. Mine were done before I got a chance to give them as Christmas presents. DO NOT BUY THEM UNLESS YOU WILL USE RIGHT AWAY, AND EVEN THEN YOU MAY NOT GET THE FULL $25.00..
