I'm on my second month and I hate to say that I'm not loving it. I think it might be my bedding. My sheets won't stay in place and my mattress is constantly moving causing the gap on my split king to open up all night. I also have to use a step stool to get into bed because with the adjustable base my bed is really tall.

The first one is 9 years old and it still feels like brand new!!! 9 years ago, I decided to try Tempur-Pedic because I injured my back several times over my very active life and I would wake up every morning in great pain; additionally, spring mattresses I had bought always ended up with hills and valleys. After 1 week of sleeping on my 1st Tempur-Pedic, I was waking up with NO back pain and that has remained the case over the years. My new Tempur-Pedic is amazing, even better than the 1st, which means Tempur-Pedic must be always working to improve their product. I bought the ergo extended base, which allows me many sleeping and relaxing options and I am always comfortable in my downtime. We tried the other less expensive options and had to return them because they were so flimsy. The extra cost of a Tempur-Pedic is well worth it because you get a high quality product. We are enjoying ours and our sleep has improved overall.

In the last year starting with the entry level Temper Adapt all the way to the luxe adapt firm. I have tried 6 or 7 different models of the current Tempurpedic line. And by far the absolute best mattress for a heavy back and side sleeper is the Luxe Adapt Firm. I was really concerned being a side sleeper that it wouldn't conform and relieve pressure. Yet its still firm and supportive enough for back support. I can even sleep on my stomach if I want. It's really a one-of-a-kind unique feeling you get on the mattress and it feels really firm but yet you suddenly start melting into it it's really a strange but satisfying feeling. Tempur-Pedic foam is incredible stuff. The saying you here about there's nothing like Tempur-Pedic material is 100% true. It's magical stuff and how it works. And there is not another mattress company in the world who makes the material like they do it's one of a kind. So if your larger heavier person and you're looking for something you can sleep on your side with and your back and get the firmness and support when you're on your back and still get the soft Comfort to forming pressure relief on your side this is your mattress it's incredible

The feel of the mattress is great for sleeping. Getting into the bed can feel like a bit of a safety issue because of the "no edge" feel to the mattress. As we are older, the squishy edge can put you a little off balance as you try to go from sitting to lying down and scooting over to sleeping position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with our new soft Luxe Adapt split king TempurPedic. I have right hip pain and it hurt to sleep on right side of traditional mattress. Hip pain has been way better with this soft bed. The pain is not totally gone but I sleep through the night now. We splurged on the deluxe adaptable frame with vibration, lights, and zero gravity positions. That too was a great decision. Way better than a frame that just raises and lowers. We are totally happy with the purchase. My husband got the firm mattress on his side. Berry happy for him too following two back surgeries and snoring frequently. Both conditions have greatly improved. We both sleep through the night!!

We have had the Tempur-LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid for only a month. At this point we are really liking the head and feet in a zero gravity position. We do change this position after relaxing to a position on the bed that is doable for sleeping. We feel comfortable most of the night, waking up without a lot of the pain that used to be there in our lower back and neck. The only complaint about this bed is that if you are a hot sleeper, you will definitely be hot, this mattress definitely holds the heat in. We have the cooling sheets, they really don't cool. We have tried a cooling mattress pad, still doesn't work. At this point, we are not sure if we will exchange this mattress in for a mattress that may not be as hot.

With our prior mattress the sleep we did get was uncomfortable and interrupted. This mattress is so solid and comfortable that you can't feel when someone else is moving so now we actually get solid sleep until awakened by crying kids. Our kids also love it asking if they can sleep in our bed and if they do they sleep so soundly. It really has revolutionized our sleep and we are so thankful!

I've never had such great sleep before. There are two things I immediately noticed over this past week of sleep: 1. It alleviates pressure points! Before, I would constantly toss and turn because one side would get tired of being laid on, and it was time to flip. Now, I can easily lay on one side most of the night because I no longer get that need-to-turn feeling. It's the GREATEST. 2. I've been waking up on my back!! This came as a huge surprise. As a major side sleeper, I've never slept on my back. But this past week, I've fallen asleep on my back quite a few times because it's actually comfortable for the first time! The decision between the Soft or Firm style was a tough one. I went to a local retailer to feel the bed in person since this is a high-consideration purchase, and I ultimately decided on Soft. Honestly you can't go wrong with either, they're both COMFY! The soft is extremely soft, and it feels like you're floating on a cloud. You just sink right in. If you're looking for more of a firm-soft, the Firm style will be the one for you. I would absolutely recommend this bed!
