dont buy tempurpedic from sams club. if you recieve the wrong item and refuse shipment it is impossible to get your refund. Just out of 3500 dollars. Unacceptable sams club. on the phone with customer service for the fourth time. Basically, calling me a criminal and just trying to make money off of them. offered proof from the delivery vendor that we didn't accept but still not helping.

I needed a soft mattress because my previous one got hard, and was hurting my ribs, etc. I only have had it about a week, so I am still braking it in. But I can tell you that I feel comfortable and sleep deeper and longer! So 5 Stars. I recommend it to anyone, even to people who like medium comfort.

We are very happy with our new Tempur-LuxeAdapt in soft. We have been sleeping better and waking less throughout the night. My back pain has improved due to the support I receive while sleeping on my side. We are also happy with the entire ordering and delivery process. The mattress arrived quickly and the delivery team was able to navigate a tight turn with ease.

Our sleep continues to improve. Was a little nervous the first night. It was very cold, and the mattress, which had just been delivered from riding around in a truck was cold and firm. But once it acclimated to normal temperatures in the house, it was fine. Comfortable, yet very supportive. Such an improvement from the 15 year old mattress. We had a very good delivery experience. The gentlemen were careful and polite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a Tempur-pedic Pro-adapt, I already knew I was a customer for life. However, after comparing the models, I decided the Luxe was sounded more fit for my needs. I'm VERY happy with the upgrade, and recommend it to everyone I know.

We are Tempurpedic fans. We have had a split king adjustable unit for about seventeen years. The two mattresses finally needed replacing. Our previous mattresses were firm. My husband is not real picky, but after our original purchase in about 2003, said he regretted a little not getting a softer mattress for his side. So when we ordered the two twin long LuxeAdapt mattresses, we ordered one firm for me and one soft for him. He is satisfied with his. I am not with mine. The one I am using is labeled firm, but neither of us can detect any difference between his soft and my firm mattress. I don't know if mine was mislabelled or what, but it is not firm, which I prefer and need. I don't really want to go through the process of exchanging it, but I probably am. I certainly hope Tempur-pedic still makes a firm mattress.

We have a split king, and these are the most comfortable mattresses we've ever owned. I fall asleep within minutes, sometimes seconds, of lying down. My wife had had neck and back pain with other mattresses for years. She finally gets relief from both with our new bed.

This is our 2nd Tempur-pedic mattress. It provides the perfect combination of support and comfort to enable us to fall asleep and stay asleep all night and wake up refreshed. It provides perfect support and I find that I'm not tossing and turning in order to be comfortable. I also am experiencing less back pain since we've gotten this new mattress. I love the adjustable base so you can adapt it to your needs. We love our new mattress!

I can't say enough about the comfort of this mattress! I am the Mgr of a mattress store and it is, by far, the best one in the store. I have chronic back pain and since purchasing this, I wake up feeling refreshed, with less pain than ever before. I can't say enough about it....everyone deserves the best and that would definitely be a Tempur Pedic mattress!

We purchased the breeze and it's was very uncomfortable. Exchanged it for the luxeadapt and is has been a living nightmare. My wife and I have been having back, neck, and shoulder pain from day 1. We've contacted the store, customer service, and the RVP. He didn't even return our call. I now have nerve damage in my shoulder and neck area and currently seeking a doctor for it. This product is horrible and the service is even worse. I will never purchase another mattress (2nd purchase) again and will spread the word as much as possible to stay away from tempurpedic at all cost
