Was able to send a quick gift across the Country to let our son know we were thinking of him.

They had no idea what to do with this but since I've spent a fair amount of time in Retail using P.O.S systems I was able to help them trouble shoot it. All they have to do is select the gift card option and type in the 12 digit code on the email gift card. If they tell you they don't take it I would call corporate and complain. You'll probably get some sort of compensation since it sounds like you were hungry and this was your only option.

I have attempted to purchase a BK e-card for my son thru this site multiple times over the past couple of months thinking every time the experience might be different. Each time my payment has been approved whether by PayPal or credit card only to be told that the final transaction was rejected by BK! Instructed re-attempts fail

I've used the e card at Burger King from my phone twice. Neither had ever seen it before but the cashier was really excited (both times I used it) to be learning something new (that apparently wasn't in the training) and it went thru without incident. TIP; If you want it to be ready immediately after purchase you may be disappointed as it can take a few hours to become available to use after you purchase it.

Have not found one Burger King that will take the digital gift card. What a waste of $20. Burger King apparently skipped training employees how to handle these, a great idea but no follow through.

My local Burger King could not accept my e-mail gift card without a bar-code. They needed to scan it. They could not manually put the information in. I totally lost that $20.
